Ordered for delivery at 6:04 pm with a delivery estimate of 25-35 minutes. Asked for a contactless delivery to the back door (I even put a tv tray out for placement of food). Called to check on my delivery 45 minutes later and was told it was to be picked up in about 8 minutes. After an hour and fifteen minutes it was placed on the ground on my back porch. Food was lukewarm. Poor communication on the delayed delivery and poor delivery service.

Pizza Hut serves amazing food, including the popular Melts, which are full of flavor and a great value. While the restaurant has had some issues with orders, the customer service is good and management has been quick to correct mistakes. However, the pickup process can be slow, and delivery is not available to all areas.
