No meat on taco Tuesday. How can this be.

The last several times that I have purchased food from them has been an absolute disaster. You pay $13 for two Chalupa‘s and you get one that is so stale. It falls apart in your hand and you have a hand full of food then you get one that’s completely raw because they didn’t even take the time to cook it. Then on another visit I ask for an item advertised on the menu and they told me they don’t have the item that they had no clue what I was talking about. Showed them the picture at the window and they said they don’t have that. Then why advertise it! It’s always something at this store, undertrained staff and the managers don’t really care about their customers.

Out of Gatorade and out of the nuggets.

Food took longer than it should have to make and you have to order from the kiosk, can’t order from the front. Food was hot and fresh and the inside was clean.

Waited over 20 mins for a Catina bowl after ordering through the app. Once I got my order I was told they didn’t have any folks. They didn’t offer me something else and told me to request a refund through the app.

I’ve ate at this location before. This time service was very slow but the gentleman at the window was polite and did get my order correct. For $10 dollars I got a burrito an a taco. It was not the Best.
They used to have a a grilled chicken, chipotle, ranch burrito that was both Good and worth the price. They no longer serve it. Kinda disappointed.
For a quick meal it’s okay definitely not a 5 Star restaurant.

The cashier here refused to take our order. She said that we had to use the kiosk because the registers were down. We were not willing to use the kiosk. My wife asked another employee and was told that the registers are perfectly fine. We went back to the counter. The same woman said that she would not take our order. The employee that took our order, via the register, looked at her like she was crazy. Even after we got our food, she did the exact same thing with another couple that came in. She refused to take their order at the register and told him they had to use the kiosk! The next person that came in was a man, that was all by himself, and she immediately took his order at the register and never said anything about the kiosk! Something needs to be done about this person or this specific location will lose a lot of business!

We almost always have good food and service at this taco bell, but we are very excited that the double deckers are back for a limited time! I think it was a mistake to have gotten rid of them in the first place!
