Everytime we go now we are disappointed with something.. lately it's been hair in the food so we stopped going. Well, my teen begged me last night so for her we went again to our local Lagrange Taco Bell. Typed into Google if it's required to wear a hair net (which, yes it is not only at the company level, but also state) we don't normally go inside, so we finally figured out what the issue is. Not even nice tamed hair. This is gross.
Oh and the rude girl on the phone? Sat like that until she got snarky at people for needing things. Won't go back. Ever.

Everything was made correctly, I've been to other taco bells and had at least something done wrong but this one made everything wrong and everything was delicious

Stopped by this Taco Bell for the first time, and I have to say this is the saddest chalupa I have ever received in my life. There’s barely any toppings inside and the shell is very stale and hard. I also paid extra to have rice put in my burrito and there was none. This was very disappointing and I don’t think I’ll be returning.

We got dinner there last week through the drive thru. We were missing items when we got home. The chalupas were stale and tasted like old grease, it had a bitter taste to it. The soft taco supreme was sloppily thrown in its wrapper. Like how do they miss the whole tortilla and the stuff gets smashed in the corner of the wrapper so i essentially have to eat it like a walking taco😫🙄The burrito was wrapped like they just threw it down and folded the paper once and threw it in the bag. The prices seem to have climbed up over the last 3ish months,we paid 36$ for 6 items and a drink. The only modifications we did to any of it(because modifications cost extra to add and customize items. We know and expect that) was the burrito supreme. I swapped black beans instead of refried(swapping beans cost extra we know that). So for 36$ that is insane when I could have gone to Cinco de mayo and got more food, better quality, better service, and included an above average tip for 28$( ive done it 🤷♀️). Taco bell i love you.you been my ride or die on late nights after doordashing and im hungry. Please do better i needs you in my like at 12am

Okay i eat at this taco bell like all the time and not once in the past 3-4 months have i gotten normal potatoes they always are hard as a rock and they taste like crap and what makes me mad is they charge you like 3 dollars for over cooked old potatoes and most the time their customer service sucks (i put a pic of some of the potatoes)

My friend warned me before she left for vacation to be careful bc she thought she had food poisoning i still went got food poisoning she got home and I warned her bc she warned me and she texted me today said she is never going back again she is at work sick as a dog plz fix this issue also soft tacos r wet and crunchy tacos are moist and fall apart everytime when i go i spend 20-40$ vary disappointing

This place is a shame and food is terrible. Taco Bell has higher standards. Management cheaps out and barely puts anything in the burritos. Can not express the disappointment of what I seen on the menu versus what I got. You get so much tortilla than any ingredient. Food is terrible.
The last several times that I have purchased food from them has been an absolute disaster. You pay $13 for two Chalupa‘s and you get one that is so stale. It falls apart in your hand and you have a hand full of food then you get one that’s completely raw because they didn’t even take the time to cook it. Then on another visit I ask for an item advertised on the menu and they told me they don’t have the item that they had no clue what I was talking about. Showed them the picture at the window and they said they don’t have that. Then why advertise it! It’s always something at this store, undertrained staff and the managers don’t really care about their customers.

Food took longer than it should have to make and you have to order from the kiosk, can’t order from the front. Food was hot and fresh and the inside was clean.
