★☆☆☆☆ I stopped by the La Grange Taco Bell for breakfast and ordered the Cinnabon Delights iced coffee. When I got my drink, it was just plain black coffee. I politely told the man at the window that I thought my drink was wrong, and he told me I was wrong because I didn’t “customize it and add cream.” While waiting for my food, I checked the app and saw that there is no option to customize the Cinnabon Delights iced coffee at all. When I explained that, he completely lost his temper and said, “I am not arguing with her, someone else needs to talk to her, we are not Starbucks.” I wasn’t trying to argue...I was just trying to get the drink I ordered. A lady eventually came to the window and helped me, but he was still yelling in the background while she was trying to fix it. Thank you to the woman who helped me...I’m sorry you have to work with someone so reactive and unprofessional. Because of this experience, I’ll be taking my business to the Crestwood Taco Bell from now on.

My daughter & I stopped here to get food here and the employees were rude and the food was ok until my daughter opened her taco & there was a booger in it and both of us lost our appetite and threw it away and got food elsewhere! NEVER again would we stop here!

Placed my order at the kiosk and was able to pay cash quickly at register. Food was mostly very good, but the Cinnamon Twists had no flavor. I asked a guy behind the counter and he said they were limited on how much they can put on them. He offered another one, but I could tell it was just as plain. Natasha, the same employee that rang me up, helped me change them to nachos and had a great smile. She made the entire visit valued. Really disappointed in the White Twists that Taco Bell is putting out these days.

awful experience. workers have one job and can’t even do that right. it’s not hard to read what people put that they want. many people in my car were unhappy with receiving the wrong items. i had customizations on my food and that was messed up as well. overall bad experience.

We visit this location pretty frequently despite it being slow service around evening and night time, especially if you DoorDash your order!! They are notorious for messing up your order or not putting enough food inside of the tortillas. Sometimes cold if ordering at night. Very disappointed with the level of care from the staff. Seems like they need more competent management to direct them or more staff is needed in general. Other than that if you get it during the day it’s usually fine.
