We ate at the Ft Mitchel location & I'm glad that I made a reservation. It was packed but we were promptly seated & everyone was friendly and helpful. Our waitress knew the menu and said, even though we had someone had a special dietary request, she was able to have it changed. They have plenty of people bussing tables so drinks are always refilled & appetizer plates removed quickly. Our food came out steaming hot and the way it was ordered. It was my daughters...
Veronica, our server, was terrific along with the young man helping her. Mr. Wong stopped by and say hi to our friends who were at the Oriental Wok for the first time. Food is amazing as his the decorations and atmosphere.
Always feel very welcome by the Wong Family and Staff ---Hannah, our Server did an Exceptional Job and was Very Attentive, yet not pushy at all-----we love her handling our table !!!! Each of the Wong Family Members (Mike, Helen, Angela) stopped by more than once to say hi and to make sure each of our 8 diners were happy and satisfied. We will be back Timmy G
