Bad experience today. Had coupons to render an $8.00 meal. After being told to wait on the far side of the building I got two sandwiches rather than one and a $15 bill! Would have argued an stayed to get it all straightened out but I had already spent 40 minutes in the drive up lane. Had to go. Won't make that mistake again. No more Arby's for me!!!

Ordered online at about 1:40ish. App said my food would be ready a 1:51 pm. Arrived at the store at about 1:52. Drove straight up to the drive through speaker and said I was there for a mobile order. Got up to the window after a few minutes in line and then had to wait a ten plus minutes at the window for my food. Limited interaction with the woman at the window. And when I finally got my order, no apology for the long wait and basically had the bag shoved at me. Most of the order itself was ok at best, however the French Dip sandwich barely had any meat on it and was cold.

Always good food at this location and the young man running the register always stays upbeat and has great customer service if it weren't for him I would not be writing this review I'm not usually one to leave one but he consistently does a good job. So to you good job and keep it up youngin there's plenty of good thing to come in life with a good attitude like yours.

i've been here a few times and the food is usually good. the service took long at times but i was never in a rush. until i decided to come on my lunch break at work and was pulled to the curb and made to wait for 10 minutes on french fries that had long been done or never dropped in the first place. i got my refund for the food and will not be giving this place any of my business again

We go to Arby’s in Lawrenceburg a couple times a month and tonight was by far the best experience we have had. The food was made exactly as we had requested and the tall young man at the drive thru window that handed us our food was so polite and friendly. Great job Arby’s!
