Visited the drive thru. While the lady at the drive-through window was very nice, the food wad another story. First, the order was incorrect (husband ordered a large sandwich and got a classic). We pulled over in the parking lot to eat. My classic sandwich was cold.on the outside of the foil wrap, so I already suspected the sandwich would be too. Aaaaand it was barely cold w/the outside of the top bun being cool. My husband's was also not hot. His "curly" fries were little rubble pieces from the bottom of the bin, it seemed. Dry and crunchy and about 1-1.5" long. We decided to request replacement sandwiches. The new ones (correct sandwich this time for hubs) were warmER but still not what I would describe as hot. My classic was again cold on the outside top. I commented on it.to the employee who said it is "these new buns" and told me I had to open it up to feel the temp of the meat. Well, I did, and it barely was warmer than the first. Mac and cheese bites were warm (not hot) and tasted good. Employee was VERY courteous and apologized. But I'm wondering what's up and admit to being nervous w/tepid meat.

All I can say was that the java shake was good. Went thru the drive thru and ordered a total of 2 shakes, a 2 for 7 and a meal. The girl only rang up a shake and the meal. Got to the window and had to ring up the second shake and the 2 for 7. Was very rude. Had workers there standing around. Maybe they should've been helping her since she couldn't handle her job. Arby's just suck!

No one in the drive thru and no one in the dining room. Waited for over 5 minutes at the counter to be waited on. No one even acknowledged my presence. There are too many options for people to choose for a place to be this bad. Do better management.

The roast beef is disappointing. It's so processed, neither tastes nor looks like roast beef.
We had eaten here once before & it was NOT a good experience. (Bad service, bad food.) So we were hesitant to go again but decided to give them a 2nd chance. I'm glad we did. Restaurant was clean. Staff was efficient and friendly. And the food was good - actually better than I ever remember from Arby's. We'll be back!
