My lady and daughters went to the new location and the gentleman was very rude they were trying to figure out what they would like their and he was sarcastic. Unfortunately they have lost our whole entire family's business they were excited and thought there was now finally somewhere close to the house but that was all ruined when the gentleman working was a jerk

Big Jacks is hands down the best coffee shop in town! I'm a regular, and every visit is a delight. Their coffee is top-notch, sandwiches are mouthwatering, and the fact that they serve breakfast all day is a huge plus. The staff is incredibly kind, and their service is lightning fast. I highly recommend Big Jacks to anyone looking for a great coffee shop experience!

I like strong black coffee, I like espresso two shots, it’s a good natural pick me up. I think the coffee they brew is Baxter, none better, if you buy at a chain store stop the insanity and go to Big Jacks…Got me a sammich, chips and soup, Coffee was to go, kinda like dessert, save the best for last.Bye now…

Had a delightful mug of hot cider this morning to go along with my "Jacked up BLT". Hubbie got a blueberry Belgian waffle and hash brown casserole. Ended up sharing it all! Coffee smelled amazing. Next time I'll have some if that!Wheelchair accessibility: Seems to be. Did not use the restrooms, so I can't speak for their accessibility.

I can't believe I've been missing out on Big Jack's Cafe! I went there for a breakfast meeting and ended up staying so long that I also got lunch to go! The chipotle melt was perfect. I also enjoyed the peach tea. Our lunch order was the Hot Italian and a Southwest turkey sandwich. Both were outstanding. While servings are a good size, the sandwich wasn't overflowing with toppings. This allowed for neater eating and the ability to taste all the ingredients. All staff members were helpful and greeted us with smiles. Although business was constant and the place was full most of the time, the noise level was not bad at all. The place is very warm and inviting. I will definitely add this to my list of places to go for breakfast and lunch!

First time visit. I had a chicken salad sandwich which was very flavorful and a blue raspberry lemonade. Nice change of pace. The side of loaded potato salad was not your normal potato salad and was packed with flavor. Wish I knew what the secret ingredients was. We have added big jacks to the list of places we would visit
