Went thru the drive thru ordered 2 biscuits and gravy and 2 breakfast bowls. Half way home my son who was holding the bag in his lap picks it up because he felt moisture the whole bottom of the bag ripped apart and stuff everywhere, get home open it and it was pure milk, definitely not gravy and no sausage in it. Worst part besides it not being edible was it got all over his brand new coat that’s dry clean only! He is soo upset and we paid for 4 meals and only 2 were edible. Now we have frigid temps and have to figure out how to get his coat cleaned. Worst part is I think they knew it Before they gave it to us as I saw them in there looking at it and whispering! Really!? I expected better from this location.

My husband (whom usually never complains) this evening went by himself thru the drive thru 10/17/23 around 7:30pm to pick our family up some dessert after dinner. As we received our blizzard half serious half jokingly noticed they were very soupy/watery stated “these look watery….don’t you guys usually tip them upside down?” The drive thru server then very rudely responded “We don’t do that here.”To say the least she must have been having a bad night and unfortunately was taking it out on her customers and as a result they weren’t even ice cream by the time he arrived to our home 5 minutes away.We unfortunately had to put our ice cream soup in the freezer to thicken up to enjoy later.

It's a shame when you order one adult meal and one piece of fish plain no bun, no condiments, no fries for a toddler, no drink, and one order of cheese curds. Total came to 25.00, and husband got 2 adult meals, and total came to 23.00! A big rip off if you ask me!
