Ordered pizza by phone and picked up at drive thru window. Employees very friendly and one of the best pizzas I've ever had! We've ordered strombolis and pasta before and everything is great! We are repeat customers and we'll be back!

The food and service is great. The food has great robust flavor far as the pizza and pasta dinners. The Alfredo sauce enrich flavor and taste. You can't be the service even your dining or carry outs the hospitality is great they make sure order is right and always checking on you seeing if you need anything else. The GM and the other Managers do follow ups on the servers and checks with you to make sure you're well taken care of.

Save your time and drive to Shelbyville for the real Hometown Pizza. I give up on this location and changed franchise. I ordered a Craft House special plus paid extra for bacon on my pizza. However, when I got home found no bacon with very little toppings. Pizza has nothing but too much sauce. Tastes more like I got pasta sauce than a pizza. Too many bad experiences from carry out to dine-in. Just not worth it!

Pizza was good. The meatballs with bread were great and a super large portion. The salad was also very good. I liked the crunchy potato strips and we got the homemade balsamic. Our waitress made us feel at home. The restaurant was clean and sort of what you would expect in a strip mall.
This place was great. We are not locals and needed a place to get dinner and hangout for an hour or so. We were seated instantly and got our order quickly. The salad and Craft House Special pizza were perfect. I will definitely come back here the next time I'm in town.

Dang, what happened?! It was great, but the last 3 times I have been the service and food are awful. Maybe new management or something, I don't know. Don't want to give up on them, but maybe I will give them one last chance after the holidays, and maybe they will be back to great again.
