Me and my granddaughter decided to dine in at huddle house tonight. Once our waitress took our order. It took a long time to get our food but once we got our food, it was pretty good so my granddaughter says she gives it a five star rating.

Ordered food went to pick it up before it was ready to make sure it was hot. Get there still making food, was told no fruit but found it. Get home two pieces of fruit in bowl. An all food was cold. Not possible with heat on in car an I live less than 5 minutes away.

I went to your Lawrenceburg KY location while on a trip and am a first time diner. I ordered the "two dine for $20" promotion for myself and my friend. We had the Philly and fries and patty melt and tots with a soda and water with coffee for the drinks. After the meal I asked for two waffles. One with strawberry topping and the other plain. When we received the check I was stunned that I was charged $6.39 for the plain waffle and $8.99 for the other. Had I known that the two small waffles were that much I would not have ordered them. The waitress basically said "too bad" and pay up. I understand that to assume the a waffle would be around 2-4 bucks is my fault but the "who cares" attitude from the staff was a bummer. The food was no better than a gas station. Surely didn't expect to drop 40 bucks at a Huddle House. Live and learn...first and last time I eat at a Huddle House.

The service was slow and the server couldn’t keep up. She was struggling with having 3 or 4 tables. The restaurant was freezing cold. My food did not come with the food at our table. Then I watched my food get made and sit on the counter and get cold while everyone else at my table ate. Then the cook and waitress were surprised that I no longer wanted my food after it sat there for nearly 10 minutes and everyone else was done eating.

I don't hate it but I wouldn't choose it intentionally, Every time I get breakfast and they bring it its either close to being cold or room temp like they're just sitting when taking the food off the cooker or whatever, waffle? Room temp, Bacon? Cold, tots? Eh not room temp but not hot/warm, all out like maybe a 4.5/10, my mother's omelette wasn't made how we ordered it but thats not my experience fully

my family went here thursdy night. there was only 2 worker and it was extremely busy but my server was great! she was very fun and attentive we had a great time and the food was awesome. Those two ladies did an awesome job.

Huddle House was not a place we wanted to anymore, as our last few visits have been atrocious, but today that changed ! I received a free meal deal via my email. I was a little leery but it was free and boy I was so very very impressed. My server Courtney was amazing, efficient, funny, communicative and a true pleasure. The entire server staff all seemed to really enjoy each other the place was packed and buzzing and yet these ladies kept us a genuine camaraderie, and exceptional service throughout the business. My food was served very fast, the eye appeal was exactly as the menu showed, and it was served hot and fresh. Well done to the kitchen staff, with their efficiency and speed. The last few times we've visited the restaurant was dirty and the staff weren't too motivated to keep the standards up but today was totally different. I saw the 2 kitchen staff cleaning counters, the microwave and taking pride in their workplace. The servers out front were vacuuming, wiping tables, helping each other by bussing tables and just working together. This entire staff needs a huge WELL DONE! Today was a 10 out of 10 experience.
