Atmosphere is still kind of that of a former Chinese buffet from my childhood, feels very 1980s-1990s inside. Kept pretty clean. Not particularly busy, maybe because it's in the back of the old Walmart shopping center. Service kind and friendly. Sushi is extremely filling and quite tasty, and what I call "Kentucky good." Meaning, it's the best you'll find around here, but not quite as fresh and authentic as you'd find in Japan or even California. In all, a solid four stars, and much better than the other sushi restaurant in front of the current Walmart.

Was pleasantly surprised. The place is clean including the bathrooms. Food was good. Food came out Jimmy John's fast. I would recommend this place for a good lunch or early dinner.

Very good food. Great service. Reasonable prices. Try it out. Love the shrimp hibachi!
This is almost always our weekly eat out night. Food is awesome and staff is very friendly. This place should be full every night.

Great service. We just don't like our sushi rice heavy, wet and almost like mush.

I tried this place based on the good reviews. When I drove up to the location in a rundown strip mall, next to a sketchy massage parlor, I thought the food must be good enough to make up for the outside appearance. When I went in and saw the sad dingy interior (think 1980s Chinese buffet restaurant that's had a sloppy coat of tangerine paint applied. Half the lightbulbs are out), I thought the food must be AMAZING. So I ordered the sushi sashimi combo, chef's choice, thinking that if the food is this good, I'll let the chef show off. It was beautifully plated, but quite sad. My salmon was still frozen. Like, ice crystals in it, solid center, frozen. My spicy tuna roll was buffet quality. The rice was dry. There was no freshness to the fish. It was the most disappointing meal I've had all year. I wouldn't ever go back.

What a hidden gem! We came from Shelbyville to try this sushi restaurant, and we will be back. The service and food was perfect, plus it is affordable. They have happy hour sushi selections for 4.99.

Food was just average and not really worth the price. I wanted to get a Philadelphia roll, but I don't personally like peppers instead of cucumbers or avocado. I did get a California roll, and it was mediocre at best.

I ordered the gyoza (fried wontons) and the bulogi with fried rice. It's my go to, and so good. With a large portion, fresh vegetables, thinly sliced beef marinated in an Asian pear sauce that gives the dish the perfect ratio of sweet and savory. The sushi tastes fresh and has a wide array of options. Do yourself a favor and dine at this amazing local spot.

Been seeing this place in the corner near tractor supply. So we went in to give it a try. Ordered some California Roll M. Jackson Roll, Ragoon Rolls an a side steak. Well he missed understood me an brought me out the steak hibachi which includes a salad soup veggies fried rice. All the food was well worth it an these roll were to die for.

Edible at best. Ridiculous prices for sushi...more expensive than Cincy.Tonkatso Ramen was spaghetti, definitely not Ramen. Broth was likely bouillon, not real Ramen broth. The vegetables were heavily overcooked. No spring onion garnish which brightens up the dish.Yakisoba was overly sweet with notbmuch other flavors as are needed in this otherwise delicious dish.
