The little lady at the window was polite. The pizza was terrible. Cold, burned and barely any toppings. The cheese bread was over cooked and cold. The prices have went up and quality has went down.

Sitting at the drive thru waiting to order for 5-10 minutes, to spend $12 on a pizza and breads ticks. To get home and the bread to be flat and have no volume and taste awful. With the pizza being old and cardboard. See attached picture. This is the last time I will be ordering here.

i just came through the drive thru and ordered. they’re was no “hot and ready” pepperonis except one and the one we got was hard and nasty and wasn’t even cut through, the cheese looks like it’s been sitting all day and the cheese bread was disgusting and hard and half of it didn’t even have cheese on it.

Craziness. 30+ minutes for hot and ready. Ordered in DT and was told to park out front and they would bring it out. Left sitting in our car and NO ONE came out. Went in and got a refund.

Ordered a supreme pizza and cheesy bread with extra cheese on both paid the price for the extra cheese and did not get it on neither the pizza nor the cheesy bread. The cheesy bread was hard and dried like it’s been in there for a while. I asked before I left if they had put the extra cheese on it and I was told of course, but it was not very upset with them And then when I tried to talk to someone about it today, they ignored me

Tried to give them another chance, but again they failed. Worst Little Caesars in my opinion. I used to love getting crazy bread and sauce when at college in Richmond. It was one of my favorites. But this store ruins those memories. The bread was not cooked all the way, very doughy, barely any butter (again), and someone maybe gave it a slight dash of cheese. Before this, we were getting pizzas that were not done. We just cannot waste our money or time here anymore.
