This McDonald’s continues to allow me to order food at the speaker and pay for it, only to tell me they don’t have anymore at the pick up window. Today I ordered holiday pies. Why didn’t they check to see if they had them before they ran my card? Also the dark haired older woman at the pick up window was clearly burdened by the whole situation. She might not have been able to hear us, but we could hear her using anti customer service attitude to talk about us to her coworkers.

Service, this or the other one can EVER get a order right. No ketchup means no KETCHUP! DELUXE MEANS DELUXE (lettuce, TOMATOES, onion, mayo, cheese, basic hamburger knowledge!!!
