We have never been to this location before but we were VERY disappointed with the service. We went inside to dine on a Sunday at 1045 am and there was no employee at the register. I stood right in front of the register for a full ten minutes and was never greeted or even acknowledged once. We walked out and ate somewhere else.

This McDonald’s continues to allow me to order food at the speaker and pay for it, only to tell me they don’t have anymore at the pick up window. Today I ordered holiday pies. Why didn’t they check to see if they had them before they ran my card? Also the dark haired older woman at the pick up window was clearly burdened by the whole situation. She might not have been able to hear us, but we could hear her using anti customer service attitude to talk about us to her coworkers.

If I could give service a negative star I would. The service was so bad it made the food distasteful. The guy who was taking the orders at 6:45am on Wednesday 11/13/24 was DISGUSTINGLY RUDE. The girl name Surie or Susie I believe who was giving us the food gave the worst look like she hated being alive. Acted like she was projecting her personal issues on customers. We had 4 mobile orders from different people.
They definitely need better people working if they want better reviews. I really hope the management sees this review and responds to provide some clarity because I could NEVER treat anyone like that in a job I chose to do. I was a server and even the worst people got the best service always had a smile on my face. We were very nice considering they hours say the open at 5 yet the dining room was still closed. I will be reaching out to management at some point to explain what was going on.

I usually don't leave bad reviews but this one is completely unacceptable even for McDonald's the kitchen is absolutely deplorable it took like 20 minutes to get our food it was cold and old and we were the only customer if your dinning don't even worry about grabbing a number they called us to come get it and it was in a bag which isn't really a big deal (on its own) we also noticed how dirty the dinning area was and even a little hair on our table honestly it's kinda like we were being pranked if this is the new standard at least cut the price in half

Went to the drive thru got a fish sandwich and large fries. I wish i could show you what this THING looked like. Tarter was in the box and very little on the sandwich. Bit into it the fish it was HARD AND THE BUN too. My fries were COLD AS ICE. If I could have given them a ZERO that's exactly what I got. UGH!!!!

The staff was friendly enough and the food was pretty good and order was accurate. The only thing I could complain about is that the lobby was pretty destroyed when we first got there but then a boy did come out and tidy up a little.

This McDonald’s location consistently faces challenges with service time, food quality, and staffing. Every time I visit, I encounter either a problem with one or more service areas or excessively long lines, despite the food not being fresh. As a big fan of McDonald’s breakfast, making a decent McMuffin seems like a daunting task. I suggest management invest in team-building activities and address scheduling issues to improve the overall experience.
If I could give less stars for service, i would. The "Managers" Vanessa and Hope have awful customer service skills. Mcd's got my food wrong the first time. Got hung up on by venessa. I went back through the drive thru, bought what was missing. When i got my large fry, It was halfway full and fries are cold. Went back in and get threatened to get the cops called if i dont leave. Do better, McDonald's.

The quarter pounder was salty ?. Big time! I haven't had McDonald's in years but that was not right. I'll never try it again unless I'm in Poland. I ordered only a QP (takeout) with mustard and ketchup and had to wait at the last window for a few minutes while everyone else got their order and zoomed by.

got a coffee this morning hot which when they handed it to me, I could feel that it was not hot took a drink and it was so cold. It was ridiculous. I handed it back to him and said you’re gonna kill me but this coffee is cold. It’s not hot and he rolled his eyes so I told him to have a good day and just keep the coffee, that’s actually the second time this week that I’ve tried to get coffee from McDonald’s and it was cold and then the window worker has the nerve to roll his eyes
