This was the worst service I've ever received at a McDonald's. I had a large order that I placed ahead of time for a crew working on a tornado damaged home. The staff barely acknowledged me when I came in. They set a larger bag on the counter but didn't say a word and so I didn't know if everything was there or if I should wait, or if it was even my order. When I asked if it was everything, the lady turned and seemed irritated I had interrupted her conversation with the other staff. There was no Thank You or anything from the staff. This is not the first time I've had bad service here, but I won't be going back after this.

Came here for a Shamrock shake after visiting Lawrenceburg McD's. Both locations had broken machines. Why does every fast food restaurant seem to serve milkshakes so easily. Evidently, it's like diffusing a bomb to get a milkshake machine to work at McDonald's. I left and had lunch and a milkshake at DQ.

it was so good today.
whoever is cooking is doing so great. this was the best mcdonald’s i have ever had. everything was perfect. i’ve had a lot of mcdonald’s in my lifetime but this day was the absolute best. The pie was so fresh and hot. the chicken nuggets were soft and crunch and piping hot, so were the fries! we also got a burger and it was piping hot too! it was a great experience today. if it is like this all the time it will be hard to stay away lol.

This is a pretty bad McDonald's. Roughly 2 out of every 3 visits, my order is missing items or I've received the wrong item. I frequently get my drink, only to find it's the wrong one or they let the syrup run out. A few times my food has been slopped into the bag, falling out of the wrapper or to use today as an example, instead of folding the box properly, they put fries in an unfolded holder and they fell out into the bag.Food is generally fine, otherwise. The convenience of their location is pretty much the only thing they have going for them.

McDonald's is McDonald's, but the person (I didn't see his name tag) who took my order and money puts this restaurant heads and above others. His positive attitude was best. I commented on it and he said being positive takes as much effort as being negative.
I've ate at this McDonald's 3 times. Wasn't happy any of the times with my food. Most other McDonald's do pretty weel.

Bathroom was disgusting, no toilet paper ,and no employees to be found. Place looked like a ghost town and unless I was interested in a tumbleweed that rolled past my feet,I was not impressed.I left without being greeted,waited on,thanked,or asked to return.

Been here a few times and every time, they forget something or mess it up. This time in specific they were slow, forgot our 10 piece, put half the amount of fries in and the food is cold/stale. Apparently this is a consistent issue after reading other reviews. I would take a few more mins and go down the street, that location has never done me wrong! You will be dissatisfied every time if you don’t.
