Usually order dominos for a delivery pizza very consistent and correct 99%of the time,decided to go with papa johns couple weeks ago and it's was great so we decided to try it again I wish I was the manager owner there because I would definitely make my workers pay for the pizzas like we got the other night out of their paychecks! The pizza creators need to think how they would like theirs to arrive won't spend my money there anymore.

I ordered the Shaq-A-Roni pizza. The entire pizza was a greasy mess. Even the bottom of the crust was soaking wet with grease. The pizza was limp and the cheese was grainy.
The Dr. Pepper was cold and the delivery guy was nice but, none of that excuses the nasty pizza.

I recommend opening your pizza boxes and checking your order before walking off with it. Normally I would, but I sent my husband out to get it. The crust of both pizzas are hard as a rock (well done, if you will!) and they made sure to send him away with this crispy, inedible little guy! How thoughtful. I would never be comfortable enough to send a customer away with this.

You can’t go wrong with a fresh, hot pepperoni pizza delivered for lunch on a busy day at the office. We love our local Papa John’s! Try the garlic Parmesan breadsticks!

Food was good the service was horrible. She looked like she didn’t want to be there and was rude to all the customers. I sat there for a while eating my food and on my phone she told another customer that she’s going to call the cops to escort me out because I’m taking too long… meanwhile she didn’t tell me anything. I thought this was weird because 1- I’m a paying customer eating my food 2- I wasn’t being loud or dirty 3- there was 4 other open seats so it’s not like there was any rush. 5- if I’m breaking a rule by being there too long why not tell me? Why tell another customer that you’re going to call the cops?

Ordered last nite and was one of the worst..in the order call the person taking the call keep trying to push stuff on me I did not want.could not get a simple pepperoni pizza correct. Pick up pizza and attitude was that I was bothering them in the store.the quality of the pizza was awful..cardboard with katsup would have been better..papa John's just lost a customer
Wow. Went in on Christmas Eve not knowing if they were even open bc the sign wasn’t on. Two employees working. I wanted a gift card, and decided I’d grab a pizza as well. They said they had never sold a card before.. ? ??! They did TWO separate transactions for this. ?! Whatever.. Merry Christmas. The day after Christmas the person I got the card for said it was a ZERO balance. Very long story short- I went back to figure it out, same two employees. They don’t know what they are doing on the damn register, and made no sense explaining the zero balance. The money was put back into my account, but made a huge mess and arguments over a freakin card?! I’m still laughing in my head about some of the things the manager Tiffany said. Absolutely ridiculous, SMH ??✌?

The drivers are allowed to drive like maniacs, and when you call to speak to the "manager" they hang up. Very unprofessional and the pizza isn't that great. I'd go to dominos instead.

We got a great deal on Carrie out but I got extra sausage and pepperoni and half the pizza didn't have toppings! I can't really complain there was one person working by her self. An she was alone "NO ONE ELSE WORKING" she must of felt overwhelmed. But she was kind an courteous.
