Ordered last nite and was one of the worst..in the order call the person taking the call keep trying to push stuff on me I did not want.could not get a simple pepperoni pizza correct. Pick up pizza and attitude was that I was bothering them in the store.the quality of the pizza was awful..cardboard with katsup would have been better..papa John's just lost a customer

Wow. Went in on Christmas Eve not knowing if they were even open bc the sign wasn’t on. Two employees working. I wanted a gift card, and decided I’d grab a pizza as well. They said they had never sold a card before.. ? ??! They did TWO separate transactions for this. ?! Whatever.. Merry Christmas. The day after Christmas the person I got the card for said it was a ZERO balance. Very long story short- I went back to figure it out, same two employees. They don’t know what they are doing on the damn register, and made no sense explaining the zero balance. The money was put back into my account, but made a huge mess and arguments over a freakin card?! I’m still laughing in my head about some of the things the manager Tiffany said. Absolutely ridiculous, SMH ??✌?

The drivers are allowed to drive like maniacs, and when you call to speak to the "manager" they hang up. Very unprofessional and the pizza isn't that great. I'd go to dominos instead.

Hi, just want to start out with saying that your pizza & wings are exceptional great! But I do have one concern. I tried the Philly Cheese steak papadia. It was ok. Had a good amount of cheese, onions & peppers in it. But the meat was so scarce that I actually needed a magnifying glass to actually see the meat. The meat was so scarce that it tasted like a cheese, onion & pepper papadias. Each half had approximately three or four TINY pieces of meat in it. The meat pieces were so scarce & small, that they might have well just not even have put meat on it at all!!! I ordered it since I love Philly cheese steak sandwiches. And I actually thought that this papadias would be really tasty. To say that I was disappointed was an understatement!! Whoever made it, put the meat on extremely scarce as if they were trying to save money. I honestly think that less than half a slice of very thin meat was even put on. I could be wrong.....it could have been a quarter of a thin slice!! Papa Johns...please get your act together!! Put enough meat on the Philly cheese steak that the customers will actually enjoy it!!! This was at the Papa John's on Glensboro Rd in Lawrenceburg. Please, corporate, look into this & please be sure to actually increase the meat that is supposed to go on a papadias!! I'm extremely disappointed & will be sure to tell my family & friends about this! I paid for a Philly cheese steak papadias WITH MEAT, NOT a cheese & veggie one!! Thank you, Fran SLawrenceburg, KY

We got a great deal on Carrie out but I got extra sausage and pepperoni and half the pizza didn't have toppings! I can't really complain there was one person working by her self. An she was alone "NO ONE ELSE WORKING" she must of felt overwhelmed. But she was kind an courteous.Parking: Quick In an out . Unable to post a picture they must not have that available!

This is the skimpiest topping pizza I have ever ordered in my life and is nothing like Papa John's where we came from. We moved to Lawrenceburg have not gotten a good pizza from any of the three that are open right now. There's one on vacation and we're going to give that a try and then we're just going to give up on pizza.We drove and picked it up and they offered to replace the pizza but I am not driving back up there it is not worth my time. Literally have to Pizza had no sausage on it at all.

Hiring manager needs something in her life to make her happy and actually execute good customer service (its not what you say but how you say it.) I just wanted to show ny enthusiasm to work for papa johns by calling and asking. All i got and i quote "if were going to hire you, then we will call you...bye" yeahhhhhhh so as a honest man i need to warn others of hateful work environments. Spread the love please and understand everyone has their own battles to face everyday... dont be hateful towards someone thats just trying to maje some money for his kids....

We were late picking up cause of a flat tire but kept in contact with them. I called twice so they were aware. We picked it up and it was gross. Looked like been under the warmer too long. Couldn't even eat it. I'll have to think twice before I order there again. Chocolate chip cookie was so hard couldn't eat it.
