Order my order at 5:40 and it's 6:56 finally got my food at 7:15 and the order was halfway wrong. My kids had got barbecue wings with hardly any barbecue and I'd got buffalo mild and they gave me burning hot. Also ask for fries Cajun they were regular. The delivery guy was cool and understood my frustration and give me a number for the district manager

If I could give the service that we received while dining in a zero i would. The waitress was highly rude like she could care less if she was there or not. Gave us dirty plates and we asked for new ones and the way she acted was like it was a sin to ask for clean plates that didnt have food on them.

Waited over an hour for a single pizza. Ever since the old manager left this store has been absolutely awful, dining in and delivery. No one knows what they are doing in there. At this point it just needs to be shut down

Tried to pick up a very small doordash order here 9/25 Wednesday night around 6:15 didn't happen girl said short handed after i waited almost 30 mins she said its still back there and i heard her refuse help from the waitress, very interesting and the boyfriend was hanging around in the lobby and asked for her phone tying up work time, perhaps trying to get doordash runs? Younger girl lots of tattoos and mentally unsound and gossip spreader big time but can't get a small doordash order out, most unprofessional place I ever encountered . Saboteur to the business.

Just left pizza hut where we were dinning in. Waited 30 minutes for out pizza, then the manager got rude with us saying we walked out before. Then argued with my husband that she didn't say it then admitted someone told her that. We have never walked out and always enjoyed pizza hut until today. She finally brought our pizza and said there's the door and we left after that. Really disappointed in the treatment we had to endure. Probably won't go back after today. We did nothing wrong but sit there for 30 minutes waiting.
