Every time we order, it’s wrong. They never toast sandwiches nor add everything they should. Do yourself a favor and drive to Frankfort for a better sandwich stop.

The drive through sign said the drive through was open, but no one ever answered. I went in and the attitude of the staff was awful. He obviously did not want to be there and he only put bologna on a cold cut sandwich. The service was awful and the attitude was awful. Will not go back!

Iv drove out here from brooks Kentucky to take car of some business and stopped by to grab lunch. This place is the most cleanest, organized, and the most freshest food iv ever seen at any subway. The bread was soooo soft and cooked perfectly. The meats was nice and stocked and you could tell it was all just put out and stocked and the veggies looked sooooo new and fresh. The service was extremely fast and professional. I wish the subways out by where I live was this good. I won't even eat at any of the ones around my town. Keep up the good work! 😁

I stopped into the subway to pick up some sandwiches only one person working and 10
people in line trying to get lunch. No one working the drive-thru this guy was busting his ass I felt really sorry for him however I refuse to stand and wait in that line got in my car and went to the subway at Walmart where there was only one person in front of me

The employees ran to the door to prevent customers from entering the restaurant prior to closing time. Literally ran. The “Open” sign was still illuminated and the posted sign hours stated they were still open. Very poor customer service indeed. The same two employees had previously treated us poorly as they were not listening to the orders and did what we said not to. Do not recommend at all

Tried to go through the drive thru sat there for 10 minutes and then went inside, wasn’t greeted right away, couldn’t get my drink because a worker was standing in the way for three minutes.. however the food was great once I got it

They can’t be bothered to unlock the door or answer drive thru well within business hours. Unfortunately this is a convenient location to my home, but the worst run location. Need better management.
