The staff is always friendly and accommodating but my order is never correct. I only go when I have a craving I can't ditch.

Not sure what is going on in this place but you need to train your workers. Someone needs to clean. Food to go shouldn't take over 20 minutes to get in a bag. Workers shouldn't be standing around doing nothing when so many orders have been taken. Your customers are making fun of the laziness of your workers. Having a fit inside is the only way to get them to do anything. Did their best to get me out quick after I had a tantrum at the 22 minute wait. Felt sorry for the others sitting in there still waiting. Avoid this place. I promise if they passed a health inspection they had days of cleaning in advance. Food all over the place. Looked like it was dried and crusted to the prep area. Some serious violations going on in there. Being Food certified I could see every violation.
Don't eat here. Good possibility you will get sick. Food was burnt because the workers were just standing around. Poor guy cleaning the lobby was embarrassed of the other workers. He kept apologizing over and over for the way they were working.

I was able to listen to the entirety of Weird Al Yankovic's "Trapped in the Drive-Thru" before getting my food on multiple occasions.
That said, the food itself was pretty standard Taco Bell, but i felt like they always add a bit too much refried beans to their burritos.

didn’t get any thing we ordered and the soft shell tacos been setting up in the window for at least 30 mins
Really, how many stars do you expect from Taco Bell. This location is no exception. It’s not Longhorn, but it’ll do if you’re hungry. In a pinch, this location hits the spot.

This is the slowest Taco Bell in the state of Ky, the past 3 times I’ve been here, it has been a 30 minute wait in the drive thru.

Who else loves waiting in line for 32 minutes just for no one to say anything, besides them breathing through the kiosk and trying to whisper. Canceled my online order. Hire some people that know how to do their job.
Stood in line no customers in front of me and 10 min later a guy said he right with you, I stood 5.more min tried to get someone's attention and acted like I was invisible. Terrible service so I went to another restaurant.

this place is a train wreck. Service was terrible, manager a joke, drinks were out, the drink and salsa areas were unsanitary, the entire restaurant was dirty, and our order was both missing ingredients and only had about a third of what is normally put on food at more distinguished taco bell locations.
