Me and my friend just drove from NC and decided to stop here. 7hr drive and we weren't disappointed in this place at all. Normal small stuff as restaurants have BUT the service and food was wonderful. Server was friendly and other staff as well. We ordered, paid and food was ready before we could even get ice in our cups. Food was spot on for hot and fresh. Burgers were just right and chicken was right amount of crispy. Thank you for the great service and food.

Food was inedible I got chicken tenders and they were the size of nuggets as well as so full of grisel that I wouldn't even feed them to my dog. Would not recommend anyone going there ever even their fries was cold and soggy.

This is my favorite wendy's. If I can avoid the one in frankfort I will since they are not fast and they are not as kind ,even a bit rude depending on whos at the window. The fries are always hot here.They're quick and they always are so kind. Keep up the good work lawrenceburg!

The young woman was very polite and thorough, she took my order quickly and accurately. By the time I put my change away my order was ready . She has waited on me before and has really been helpful.

I used my debit card to purchase breakfast with coffee plus sugar. Why was my coffee cold. I don't live far from the restaurant. Had to put it in the microwave to make it hot.

i rushed to make it before they closed after working a long shift all night and got simply some fries and a frosty. i was greeted with the fries being at least 30 minutes old and the diet coke i ordered tasting like straight carbonation and no syrup. i didn't have time to go anywhere else and this easily ruined my night. this location does NOT care what food or drink they serve you

Employees can’t count. Had a coupon for “buy one get one for $1 Dave’s double. The sandwiches are $7.29. Came to the window and handed the employee a $10. Was told “you still owe me $1.21.” I said “how you figure? They’re $7.29 a piece are they not?” “Yes.” Informed the employee that 7.29+1=8.29 tax included is $8.79. The employee owed me $1.21 for change. After a back and forth with said employee where I tried to explain that they were charging me what they owed me for change I ended up giving up over because I’m not going to argue over $2.42 (= $11.21-8.79) that they owe me I handed her an extra $1.21 and just drove to the second window and got my food. I’ve never met some so confidently incorrect.

I’ve noticed a pattern at this location. If you go during lunch time hours when the general manager is there, you will almost ALWAYS get fresh food. If you go around dinner time or after, your food will be old, cold, dry and literally crusty. My assumption is they’re trying to eliminate food waste. General manager—if you’re reading this, please have a conversation with your employees about the importance of fresh food. Darn near choked on the crusty and dry burger I got tonight.
