Employees can’t count. Had a coupon for “buy one get one for $1 Dave’s double. The sandwiches are $7.29. Came to the window and handed the employee a $10. Was told “you still owe me $1.21.” I said “how you figure? They’re $7.29 a piece are they not?” “Yes.” Informed the employee that 7.29+1=8.29 tax included is $8.79. The employee owed me $1.21 for change. After a back and forth with said employee where I tried to explain that they were charging me what they owed me for change I ended up giving up over because I’m not going to argue over $2.42 (= $11.21-8.79) that they owe me I handed her an extra $1.21 and just drove to the second window and got my food. I’ve never met some so confidently incorrect.

I’ve noticed a pattern at this location. If you go during lunch time hours when the general manager is there, you will almost ALWAYS get fresh food. If you go around dinner time or after, your food will be old, cold, dry and literally crusty. My assumption is they’re trying to eliminate food waste. General manager—if you’re reading this, please have a conversation with your employees about the importance of fresh food. Darn near choked on the crusty and dry burger I got tonight.

Always really nice workers and the food is 100% fresh! I have a hard time with my more local Wendy's with the food being as fresh. However when I come to the Lawrenceburg Wendy's I'm always satisfied. My sausage & cheese muffins are super fresh and taste amazing. Grade A satisfaction

Don't get the Krabby Patty Meal. For $10 it is horrible. Frosty is too sweet and the sauce on the burger is gross. Don't waste your money. Stick with the Dave burgers or baconators.

My experience on this date of service at Wendy's in Lawrenceburg, KY, was excellent. The crew members were kind and got my food out quickly. From the outside, the interior of the restaurant appeared neat and tidy. The food was 100% correct but unfortunately, the temperature made its consumption only mediocre. Thus meaning, part of it was good and hot, but the rest was barely warm and kind of chewy... This being said, I will still return to this location as the food and service is usually very good. I've always heard differing opinions, both good and bad from experiences at this location. Time of day, how busy they are, new or unhappy employees and what you order, are all factors in how your experience will pan out. Hope my ramblings help! Lol! Have a great day! ~Karen
