They need better signage to direct you to the temporary visitor. The bathrooms are awful and dirty. One person to pour tastings. Not worth the drive. Until their real visitor center is through with remodel.

The gift shop was nice but small. Currently, the actual distillery is closed to visitors. If you are far away, don’t drive up for a limited bottle, even though the website states they have some for sale. Don't waste 3 hours and 20 minutes like I did. I'm from Texas and love the whisky, but I could have purchased what was in stock anywhere.

Drove for hours from out of state. Directions to find visitor center was confusing. We learned the large visitor center has been closed for years. Disappointing experience for a great brand of bourbon.
