This is a great craft distillery! Not being one of the "big boys" it still has a fascinating history and you get a more personal tour experience. Thank you Angel! The bourbon is very good. If you want to try them in a cocktail there's a cozy bar and outdoor seating for relaxing. Stop by the gift shop and say hi to Corky!
The history of the family is interesting and the grounds are amazing. The bourbon is the main attraction and they have special releases you can only get at the shop. Stop for a tour, you will not be disappointed.

Small place. We were the only ones there. It made for an intimate experience to be able to talk to the bartender while we did a tasting. My wife had the famous bourbon bacon bloody Mary. Gift shop. They do have tours. It is on the Kentucky craft tour. They make Yellowstone bourbon and minor case rye. They also make a gin. It's owned by Luxco. Which is owned by MGP.
