We waited 45 minutes to be seated and then it took another hour and a half to get our food. We watched multiple tables come in after us with 6 or more people (we had 6) and be served before us. The people who were seated right before us had received their food and were almost done eating before we received our drinks. One of the guys with us had ordered his steak medium and it came out well done. Someone else ordered a sweet potato and it never came. We didn’t say anything because we had already been waiting so long. We had to ask another waitress to send our waitress out to us. We were also made to wait 20 plus minutes for our bills after we were all done eating. One of the couples in our group hadn’t been there before and had a question about their bill. She quickly became argumentative and had rude things to say about people at our table. 10/10 would not recommend eating at Rosewood after tonight.

We have had meals that was great . However today we had a server with the absolute worst attitude. Argumentative, hateful to others at our table eating there for the first time. Our table was having to ask other servers to get our server . It was still not until she had to take someone else’s food out past us that she would even stop at our table to wait on. Took us a couple hours for the food to be brought out. No one at my table was rude until she just continued to be the absolute hatefulest server. The couple who had never been before had a question and she started bad mouthing those at the table.. The food for my little one didn’t even get brought out but by the time she was seen again our table had already about finished. Ashley’s attitude could have been better 😊 maybe next time. 😉

Tried to call for a wait time, with no answer we headed to Rosewood anyway. After a 45 min wait we got to our table. No one came to our table for 15 mins. Finally after an hour and a half of being there we got our orders taken and waited. We watched as groups (same sizes as ours-6 adults or bigger) got food brought to their tables and ate. Still waiting for our table to get food those other tables got up and left. The 2 and a half hour mark got there, our food arrived and when it was time to leave 3 hours later, our waitress Ashley was rude and made comments about some of the people in our group. We never fussed about our food or her service until she got an attitude about a question with the checks. This was my first time at Rosewood and I wouldn’t recommend after seeing how people are treated. Hope everyone else has a better experience.

The only complaint I have it that it’s not closer to my house. Great food, great service. We’ll definitely make the trip to go back.

I just want to start out by saying I don’t leave reviews unless something was just simply amazing or a very terrible experience and Rosewoods service was about as bad as you can get.
We started with about a 20 minute wait which was good, had a drink at the bar which was terrible, so bad I ordered water at the table. Fast forward ‘the manager took our order at which time we were informed of the 3 things they were out of which one of the items in particular is what we came for but we settled for one of their basic menu items and ordered a appetizer. Waited for quite a while and people that came in after us started getting their food, our waitress the manager still has not come back to our table, never did get one of the beers we ordered. We flagged down another waitress to inquire about the appetizer we ordered and were told they gave it to someone else! So she did graciously bring a cold order of fried pickles followed by a warm order, still no beer we ordered as buckets were coming to the table next to us ! Finally a hour and a half in we had enough, still no sign of our original waitress the manager ! So we all got up to pay for the bar bill and go somewhere else to eat and boom out comes some guy from the back maybe the grill master ! Who knows ! and gets cocky and says our food will be out in 5 minutes and proceeded to tell me are order had only been put in 40 mins ago, that’s maybe when our waitress the manager turned it in but we had been there over a hour and a half with very little service to no service , I’m gonna add one more time about the waitress manager NEVER came back to our table we were winging it and defending ourselves ! Back to paying for our drinks and leaving, I can’t tell you how long we stood there, at this point it seemed forever, so much we left until we were chased down in the parking lot and was asked to come back in, FINALLY some recognition!! Even if it was to pay for the 17 dollar bar bill we had stood there forever waiting to pay to begin with. Sad thing is we had out of town guest with us that said they had never been treated so disrespectful at a restaurant! Not one apology from any of the people working there, very cocky and hateful ! But all ended well at a local Mexican restaurant with great service, great drinks and food

Total Of 2 hours and a half for 2 appetizers and a kids mc& cheese and a 175 tab for 6 people

My only concern was noise level; I'm not sure why, but everything echoes and creates a very noisy environment. We LOVE dining here, as the food is fantastic and servers very attentive, and bartender was great, but it's hard to hold a conversation with the noise levels.
