El Patron Mexican Grill offers great service, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant was able to accommodate a large party of eleven promptly. Their prices haven't changed in years, including during COVID, which shows their social and financial accountability. Portions are consistent in size and quality, and the Carne Asada dish is particularly enjoyed. The menu includes items such as street tacos, huaraches, and tamales, although tamales are only available as part of a combo. The restaurant is kid-friendly and has wheelchair parking and accessible entrance. Customers often praise the excellent, inexpensive margaritas that can give a temporary leave of senses, and the food is plentiful and tasty. For example, a Chicken Burrito Cali with chorizo and cheese sauce is highly recommended. Overall, El Patron Mexican Grill is a reliable spot that maintains quality and authentic flavors, making it a great choice for both small and large groups.
