Save your money they can’t do anything right. Last two orders I got a meats substitute sausage for italian sausage, it was wrong both times and this time found a huge beard hair in my pizza how convenient that half the guys in the store had beards papa John’s has gone down hill they used to take pride in their food and customer service now you can’t even talk to an American at the store the call gets routed to India.

Dec 4 2023I went to the drive thru to order my pizza and the person came to the window and told me I could not order there. I had to come in. So I go in and he tells me I must pay inside as well. I didn't bring my money in because I was going to pay at the drive thru. So I had to go back to the car and get the money. Then I noticed him taking money from the drive thru window. He told me he doesn't have a register at the drive thru window and it is easier for him to work if I do everything from inside. The other associate told me it was fine to pay at the window . I think he was very rude and not helpful at all.

2 stars is very generous. I have ordered 6 pizzas in past year and 3 of them were more bread sticks than a pizza. I attached a picture of the last pizza I ordered. Who in their right mind let's a pizza looking like this leave the store? I will let you be the judge. I have had too many problems with the Leitchfield, Ky location. I will no longer be ordering.

Ordered here many times and every single time I order a bacon pizza it looks like it's just been thrown in the middle of the pizza. Never feels like the bottom is cooked long enough. Middle of the pizza is always soggy. Done ordering here even with papa dough, just not worth it. I'll pay extra and order through royal pizza from now on.

Extremely poor service, was quoted 45 min delivery, waited for 1hr 35 mins for cold pizza that sat in someone’s car for god knows how long. Manager said he couldn’t even tell me when my pizza left the store.

Normally I have a decent experience here but today just ticked me off. 2 pizzas and a cheese stick. None of it was cut at all. Very aggravating to serve without cutlery on the go when you assume they would actually CUT it and not just put lines in it. Garlic butter had a leak, and leaked all over my seat. Dude inside smoking, not sure what just seen the smoke.

I ordered a Smoky Bacon Parmesan Crust Papadia and it was Soggy. I cant eat it and I am upset with it I am prego and have been craving it the Pizza and Knots came out fine it was just my Papadia.
