Ordered food here and they got it wrong and wouldn’t change it

Food was good. I had the Hawaii Roll and my husband had chicken teriyaki. The service was terrible. We got our bill about 2 minutes after ordering. We even told the waitress it wasn't ours since we had just ordered. She said she thought she'd just go ahead and give it to us. Weird. My husband never received his soup & salad. We mentioned it to her and she said "oops" but never brought it. Our food arrived and we said something about it again and she said she would give us a to-go cup of soup & salad. What??? Yes, there were others dining there that evening but business was not that busy and they had 3 servers working. And this was not a careless teenager waitress.

Definitely tired of this place, every time we try to give it another chance it’s always the same horrible experience! Ordered a California roll specifically asked for none of the eel sauce or the other sauce that comes on it because I have an allergy to it. Got home and realized it had sauce on it. Politely called back and told them what had happened and the waitress was talking to the owner where we could hear them talking, the owner kept saying “what’s wrong with the sauce” the waitress kept saying idk they just ordered it with no sauce but wanted to argue and try and tell her that’s not a problem that it had the sauce on it.. 10 mins on the phone and the guy finally says “ I guess we have to make it again”… it’s just never a good experience and the service is embarrassing. Do better Yamato..

Slow. We ordered 2 sushi rolls, a bento box and a order of fries and had to wait an hour and 15 minutes. We finally just had to get the fries and the bento to go. This is my 3rd and final time trying this place. Yeah the food is good but when u can't eat with ur family what is the use in going out to eat.

This has become one of our favorite places in Leitchfield, food is good, never crowded, if a Japanese take of steak and sushi is your thing, do not pass it up. They offer combo plates, lunch and dinner, the sushi can be had many ways. My wife and I Recommend!
The sushi as always was good. Wish they had more of a selection.

They decor could be better, they have dividers with swastikas. I went with a friend and my daughter, the food took forever to arrive, no check ins to see if we needed refills. But the food was good, would and will go back for the food alone.
