I hated to be that guy but I was coming in just a few minutes before close and I even apolgized about it, but I got several glares from the staff and the person taking my order was pretty rude about it. I decided it wasn't worth the trouble, so I just went to Sonic down the road. I'm sure the ice cream is great, but didn't appreciate the customer service--and I know they didn't appreciate me coming in late either!

I have generally had a good experience. This time, I walked up to the windows for service and did not see any employees and could not get anyone’s attention. Finally, a car drove up on the other side and the employee came out. There needs to be a way to get the employees attention if you walk up to the windows. Also you should monitor the music being played.

EVERY time I come here, I’ve come to this location maybe 5 times just because it’s close but I’ll start heading to another ice cream store where they’re more pleasing, the employees act like it’s the end of the world when a customer comes through, don’t have a job if you are going to act like that, its all of them the one who came to take our order and the one at the register, I came at 9:00 Aug 21, rush you for the order and they slam the window in ur face when they take ur card and before you say if somethings wrong with the ice cream and if you say thank you or anything they just look at you with that bitchy face and say nothing
