This is hands down the best taco truck in lexington! I go 2 - 3 times a week, foods always fresh and tasty. The staff are always kind and prompt. Couldn't recommend it more. La fiesta for life!
Beat food truck in the city
I had just left the Doctor's office buildings that were across the street. Figured I would give the place a try. After looking on the menu and seeing they had lengua(tongue). To my amazement they did. I ordered a lengua burrito and it was amazing! Will definitely stop by again. I would have posted a picture of the burrito but it was gone in no time.
