This is legit the top contender for worst fast food restaurant. It beats the Burger King at Turfland. The sign isn't on at night. The inside is a disaster. I don't get how any business person would let their business look and run this bad??? Maybe a company-owned Arbys but you'd think they'd have better management? There is no way this is a 4-star restaurant. Maybe they are deleting all the bad reviews? Hamburg seems run nice. Like the successful sibling and the drug addict disowned son.....

Glass in front door was broken with a small piece of wood with a lot of exposed broken glass
Don't come to this place here a lady with neck tattoos was very rude and I spoke to her with all the education I have but the lady is very rude it's already the second time it happens to me she should look for another job if she doesn't like customer service. They should keep an eye on this lady

The lady with glasses and tats on her face working the drive thru On Dec 7 around 7:30 needs to practice her customer service skills ! She yelled on the speaker at the car in front of me then I pulled up she asked for my order then literally yelled in a rude tone give me a minute. I won’t be back! She said oh I thought you were DoorDash! What if I was? We are all customers what difference would that make?? So I got home took food out the bag looks like they purposely smashed the sandwiches and the dip that goes with the French dip smells and looks like piss.

The soda machine ice was broken, but the soda didn't taste like it should.
The fried turkey sandwich was nothing to write home about. The meat wasn't as thick as it looked in the commercial. I could tell it was turkey, but that was it.
Service was friendly and we had fresh fries.
Hubby loved his beef and cheddar.
