Stopped here midafternoon to order the turkey bacon ranch sandwich, a large fry and specifically some horsey sauce. They made me pull forward to the door until they finished my fries even though I was the only one in the parking lot. The person who brought me my food was wearing pajama bottoms, but my fries seemed hot and fresh so that wasn’t a huge deal. Once I got home I found that my sandwich was cut horizontally and towards the bottom of the sandwich, I have never ordered a sandwich that was cut like that, it wouldn’t have been a big deal if I wasn’t splitting it with someone. It also had missing ingredients like bacon, lack of sauce, and thick slices of onion like they didn’t even try to cut them properly. They also didn’t give me any horsey sauce. There was no effort put into my order, it felt like a prank. For an unfulfilling $15, I would drive to the Palomar location before coming to this one again.

This place has definitely seen better days. It’s probably time for a facility update. But the food is good and the staff is super friendly and efficient.I like placing my order ahead of time online because there are deals, so I usually get $3 off. The restaurant has always had my order ready and with no mistakes by the time I arrive.

I came and ordered a sandwich and mozzarella sticks. when I got through to the window to get my food I only had the sticks in the bag. I pointed it out and the little boy at the window was very rude to me saying I did not order anything else and I asked him if he thought I was lying and refused to fix his mistake. He proceeded to tell me I'd have to go back through the line again. I told him I was very unhappy and parked my car to eat my sticks. i decided I still wanted my sandwich and went inside to order. as soon as I walked inside I was being yelled at by the little boy telling me that he has called my place of work trying to get me fired because I was misrepresenting them and being rude. He told me I was never allowed to come back into the establishment or eat there again, telling me he has me on camera and my license plate number. I'm confused as to why it escalated because I was not being rude to him and he was acting very inappropriate and aggressively. do not recommend this place. highly disappointed. The hygiene of the employee was also very below average, so wouldn't recommend having this person working with your food.
