Always an unpleasant experience when I come here. Came 20 mins after they opened and they only had 2 regular pretzel bites and told me I would have to wait 40 minutes for the item I wanted. The employees stand around on their phones and give the customers rude looks. You’d think for only being open 4 hours they would be a little more pleasant.

Auntie Anne's can never go wrong. Good place to stop between classes.

I don’t expect service with a smile and I know how it is as a food service worker but i also don’t like how they stare at me like they’re angry at me just for ordering. I wanted to order something else but they were already checking me out and taking someone’s else’s order before I could even talk. You could be super polite to them and they’d still be mad.

I ordered ahead and arrived after the time my pretzel nuggets should be ready. I stood at the pickup area waiting and the employee kept helping customers in line. There was also an employee in the back not helping customers. After all customers in line were served the employee looked over at me. I smiled but she immediately looked away. Not a one star because the pretzels were delicious.

Rude service, skimps on the pretzels, and gave me and a couple others the wrong order

tried to order a pretzel bucket with the two free medium drinks. the employees were very unhappy and complained that no one has ever ordered that before. they also refused to acknowledge the two free medium drinks and even after they did, I'm pretty sure they charged me for them. pretzels are good tasting though

Good always and got app. On phone got one free and points for another free one.
