My kids and I always come here for a treat. The ice cream is always delicious and workers mostly nice. Today Jacklyn was exceptionally outstanding. I came without my kids and decided to order to go ice cream cups for them. She offer to keep my kids order in the fridge while I enjoy mine at the store. I really appreciate it that.

Ordered a custom cake from them! IT LOOKS EXACTLY HOW WE WANTED IT TO (if you didn’t get the reference, it’s from the movie Coraline). And the taste was phenomenal. Loved the staff and their work!

Just wanted to let you know that I'm very disappointed with how your team dealt with my family tonight. We unfortunately arrived just a few minutes before closing as my kids excitedly hurried to the door for ice cream only to witness your team rush to lock the door in their face while chuckling..... sadly this isn't an exaggeration. As I approached, they opened it only to tell me that the people inside were the last people they'd be helping. I pointed out that it wasn't closing time yet, and they still denied my family. The lack of professionalism shown by your staff was disappointing to say the least.

My fiancé and I have come to this Baskin-Robbins location multiple times for some casual ice cream and it has been very consistent.The staff here are friendly and helpful. I know they work longer hours into the night, and we appreciate them! They also gave some great recommendations to my fiancé, who is always eager to try new flavours.I can’t get enough of their Cotton Candy flavour, as it has just the right amount of sweetness. It also has kept the same flavour profile for over a decade, so it is quite the nostalgic taste for me. A double scoop cup of just this flavour is my usual go-to.I definitely recommend this Baskin-Robbins location for some quick, delicious and budget-friendly ice cream!

Parking: There are a few free parking spots outside of this ice cream shop.

Ice cream is good, nothing special. They were out of a lot of the things we tried to order. Waffle cone bowls, the screen wasn't working so we didn't even know what WAS available. Staff was very friendly and pleasant.

your worker camryn is so helpful and sweet, she helped me find a delicious cake for my bsf 89th birthday! such a sweet loving lady also the icecream was so delicious and the atmosphere took me back to the 80s when i would eat icecream with my girls.

Great ice cream and cheap!

Horrible customer service. B&R in Lexington is the worst of the worst. I have always loved the brand, but the Lexington stores are so bad.

Super delicious on a scorching day and evening.Luckily they were open late and we hopped in. After a couple of samples- we chose cookies and cream (always a winner), cherries jubilee (creamy and jubilicious), and pineapple coconut reduced fat (do not be intimidated by the reduced fat! This flavor is crisp and refreshing and doesn't skimp of full flavor.)The area is well lit - one of us (me) ate ours before any picture - it was that scrumptious!!Friendly staff.I even got a kids hat.

Horrible owner!!! We went there one night and got 3 shakes. My partner had already paid and I didn't realize it. So I gave a different employee my card to pay... again. We tried to get our money back by showing the bank transaction, date, and amount. An employee verified that we were double charged because she was the one that I handed my card to that night. Another employee wrote a note on their board stating we were charged twice. Yet somehow we were not given our money back. Instead the owner requested our names and phone numbers. He said he needed to research it some more. ALL of this for $22 and change. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS BASKIN ROBBINS. However, the employees were a delight. I feel sorry they have to work for such a horrible man.

Ice cream is always good! They give nice portions. They have remodeled. Hoping they make it look a little more finished.
