Very friendly folks here. The food was simply outstanding. What can I say? Indian food can be all over the map. I'm working in the area for a few days and they got good reviews so I ventured in. But....one never knows. I've spent a lot of time in India. I was not disappointed in the least. The Aloo Ghobi was surprisingly not drenched in oil, but rather very clean and nicely spiced and flavorful. The Basmati Rice was perfect. Light and fluffy not clumpy. I ordered Paneer Kadhai and Paratha. The paneer Kadhai was utterly delicious, with the right spices and taste. The Parathas were a little undercooked. It's a multilayered paratha ( similar to laccha paratha) and some of the inside layers were not cooked. Perhaps cooking at high flame. The staff is amazing and very warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend it to anybody interested in trying Indian food.Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian dishes

Our entire family loves Masala. We have been dining there since they opened. The staff members are friendly and warm and the food is so delicious I’m drooling a bit just typing this.
