Fantastic and unique options! The service was great and we had fun company sitting at the bar.
The food was amazing. The charred edamame is to best!! Our server was Jennifer and we could not have asked for anyone better. She was attentive and fun.
Food is good. Service was friendly but on slower side which is fine. You just need to know that you need to expect to be there 1.5 hours on a weekend night. Got an appetizer after we got our entrees. No real complaints. Overall, we will be back and always enjoy it.
This was our first time in. It was a fun upbeat experience and the service was great! Thank you, Jennifer! The food was delish and our server was helpful in guiding us through the menu. We're planning on returning soon to celebrate a birthday. The perfect place to do so!
Wednesday night we sat down at 9:03pm and they close at 10pm so we sat at the bar where we knew we could be in and out quick without messing up a section for a server. The bartender was so beyond rude and horrible at customer service it was quite embarrassing. She had everything packed up already and didnt want to serve us, cucumbers go in water, yes! But not on her shift cause she already packed them up, the place was almost empty and she was rushing to get out when its not even 9:10 yet. There was a manager on staff, (we thing thats who it was) although acted and appeared nothing of the sort to be the only one who checked on us when our food was delivered, everyone brought the food out to us except the bartender who was waiting on us and she never came to even check to see how our food was. $160 bill for two people, we go all out and eat a ton everywhere we go! Such a horrible experience, and this is my favorite place to dine. Won't be back. Closing a section early is one thing but to close the bar down an hour before closing is insane. She had a horrible attitude. There are many people who would love a job here, hope this is dealt with so we can come back! More than happy to provide the name as well of who she was

Ordered takeout. The sushi was good, but the edamame was completely burnt. They tasted like cigarette buds. Really bummed their kitchen did not catch this before sending it out. I hope this doesn’t happen to others!

Blue Sushi is one of my go-to spots. The Cowgirl Roll is surprisingly good for being vegan. I always get the Tidal Wave too, great mix of flavor and texture. Calamari’s crispy without being greasy, and the edamame’s just right. Drinks are solid, and the service is always friendly and quick. Easy place to enjoy a night out.

Food was great, and overall the service was outstanding, and since there was one sour apple in their orchard, I can't give 5 stars, but this establishment does correct their deficiencies quickly. They care about their customers well-being.

This is a perfect place for The Summit. The sushi is usually good, but inconsistently constructed. Sometimes it is perfectly tightly wrapped and others it falls apart. Our favorite thing here is the charred edamame - a unique take on the classic that adds flavor. They have a good sake selection, too. Service is like the food. Usually quite good, but a little slow even at times it shouldn’t be, because bartenders cover tables midday.
