Very heavy on the aesthetics and not too heavy on the flavor, it was very ok!

Yall! This is the place! Fellow vegetarians/vegans, this is an incredible spot to check out. Blue has an extensive vegan sushi menu & it is DIVINE.I have never had any sushi I’ve enjoyed, so I was uncertain at first. I met my parents here for dinner since they are huge sushi lovers & I wasn’t sure what to expect. This was absolutely some of the best food I’ve had in a minute at a restaurant as a vegetarian. Started off with the charred edamame, bc who doesn’t love a great bowl of edamame before dinner? I use to not love sushi bc of the seaweed wrap, so I was happy to know they had alternatives, soy rice paper & cucumber. I enjoyed their Thai & Crunchy Cabbagge rolls. I was shocked at how much I loved sushi, even went back a day later lol. Everything was super tasty. The flavors & textures were everything!!! Not only was the food great, but I highly recommend sitting at the bar. Our bartender Gabrielle provided excellent service. My family & I appreciated your kindness! Gabrielle was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. My mom is gluten free & we are always grateful when our server is eager to help & knows how to accommodate.Thank you for your service, can’t wait to come back!Vegetarian options: HUGEEEE VEGAN MENU!Dietary restrictions: Easy to eat GF, Vegan, & Vegetarian!Parking: Not bad parking, on busy nights be prepared to maybe have a 5 minute walk to Blue!

15 vegan maki (roll) options with usually at least 3-5 vegan appetizer/soup choices as well.

The Avo Kaluna had an amazing fresh avocado taste paired with the plant based tuna. My favorite was the Cowgirl with vegan cream cheese added in. The barbecue paper really brought out the smoky flavor. Holy moly the vegan Chocolate Torte was absolutely scrumptious! The sorbet was soft and full of raspberry deliciousness!

I loved this place and used to dine here with my friends once a month, until today when I ordered food to take out and was extremely disappointed. The portions of calamari and Brussels sprouts were half of what we received when we ate in, despite being the same price, and the quality was lower. Didn’t give one star because the sushi was good by the way.

Food was solid. Atmosphere great… service was slow but kitchen was fast… couldn’t see a reason why, but it wasn’t a bad experience… just a slightly longer wait for a check than expected…

Went for a Valentine's Day lunch at 1:00. The place was busy, but not crowded or noisy. Food was great. Pricing was hard to figure out for the lunch "specials." Hostess showed us to a quiet area of the restaurant, which we appreciated, but then came back to visit and was a little TMI-invasive. Service was polite, but perfunctory.

Blue is always solid in every. I seem to get the same waitress every visit and she's always friendly and often checks on us. She provide some solid maki options which I appreciated. Even while it was somewhat busy, the service was good.

Never sit by the restrooms even if it's the only table available ... service was lousy and for the second time the server forgot to add the mezcal floater to my marg...and didn't come back to the table until the drink was melted/gone...tempura rolls just ok ...everything else excellent

This has been one of my favorite spots for the food, ambiance, and all day happy hour on Sundays! Food is always well prepared and high quality. Finally writing a review because I’m pregnant and can’t eat raw sushi so I got to try their vegan rolls with plant based “raw fish”. They are amazing, very close to the real thing! All of the rolls are creative and cater to lots of different palettes. They also have cooked rolls and other great non-sushi appetizers and entrees. Can’t recommend them enough! Pictured are the vegan green goddess and vegan hot popper rolls, can’t wait to try the rest of their vegan menu.Vegetarian options: They offer a variety of vegetarian and vegan rolls, they even have plant based “raw fish” and other alternative ingredients which elevated their vegetarian options compared to other Sushi restaurants.Dietary restrictions: Great vegan and gluten free options!

Let me just say customer service and food when I’ve dined in has always been good. So obviously it’s my go to for take out. I’m not sure I’ll do take out again. They have a 4% packaging fee, which is fine, when you get takeout you are doing it for convenience. And quite honestly everyone has fees these days. Whatever. So you would think that I could trust they got my whole order in the bag. Well I just got back from having to drive all the way back to get a roll that was forgotten. When we called the person on the phone said “do you still want it?” No apologies were given, or offers to talk to the manager to see about making amends. Ok so maybe in person? Nope. I was taken to the manager and she hands me my missing roll (also one of the expensive ones) and I said is that it? She says yes, that should be all of it. So sorry about that. I was disappointed but just walked away. I wasn’t going to make a scene. But no comps or any kind of offers (they are a chain restaurant so I find it hard to believe that they didn’t have comp cards) Not to mention it’s not exactly a cheap restaurant so you also think the service would be up a notch. I’ve worked customer service and dealt with mishaps. I worked in a restaurant, and dealt with server and kitchen mishaps. Even if I could only get half off for customers. I just think they should’ve offered something. It’s just disappointing when you go to a restaurant you like and have an experience like that.Vegetarian options: One of the reason I love this place is the vegan and vegetarian options.

We love this place! We always recommend it, when we have friends over from out of town! Their sushi is so fresh and amazing! If you haven't tried it yet, get the Black Tuna it's marinated in Squid ink, it's soooo good!

We only go on Happy Hour, as prices can add up pretty quickly if you get a handful of rolls, but we do enjoy it. Got lettuce wraps for the first time, which overall were decent and were a little different than normal. Got a promo gc for Christmas, which helped ease the sticker shock a bit, which was a

Everything was great. Our server was very knowledgeable. He took time to go over the menu with us to make sure everything made sense. Never felt rushed but always felt that he was able to provide us with what we needed. He also had great recommendations.
