After delivering and charging us for overpriced beers the restaurant manager CHRISTIAN kicked us out. We told CHRISTIAN that we asked the hostess if we could bring outside food in they told us yes. CHRISTIAN responded “you didn’t ask the right person”. Instead of stating that his employee was wrong and asking us to leave the bar area while also being respectful he tried to assert an authority while also charging us for drinks he hadn’t even drank. When I brought my concerns to the Hyatt Regency floor manager Kyle he handled it well in telling CHRISTIAN to walk away while apologizing for the miscommunication.

We were staying at the hotel and decided to eat dinner in the hotel after a long day. I ordered the beer battered cod sandwich with sweet potato fries. It said in the description that it came with tartar sauce. For starters, it was drenched in oil. The tartar sauce came out 10 minutes after the sandwich and was more of a liquid dill sauce than a tartar sauce and the fries were soggy.
I don't normally think hotel restaurants are better than the basics. But this one can compete with any normal restaurant. Food is great and service is awesome. Eggs Benedict are the best I've had and it's a regular item for me I've had at many places.

Extremely rude server working the afternoon at 4PM. Entire restaurant was empty. I microwaved a meal and ate it at the corner of the restaurant out of the way and was kicked out. He claims it was not allowed due to “contamination”… unprofessional.
Service is awesome. Food is beyond mediocre. Come for the drinks, eat elsewhere.
The bar is legit. The staff is friendly. Drinks are good. Shoutout to Anthony the bartender. Always holding it down, giving 110%.
Food just doesn’t click. I’ve tried multiple things now. Everything feels like generic, quick food. Pictured is their 12oz “$42” steak. I’ve had better steak at Waffle House. It’s a bummer.
We had amazing service and the food was awesome. We had breakfast and the prices are fine for a fresh breakfast.
The reviews worried us but I thought what the heck, give it a try. This was a great idea! The food and drinks were great! Our bartender, Anthony, was amazing! Great service, great food! So glad we took the chance!
Don't let the fact that this is in a nice hotel fool you the food is terrible! The buffalo chicken bites were burnt to a crisp. The Cuban sandwich bread was mushy. My wife's salmon was so over cooked it was hard. The cheese grits were pretty good. Service was pretty good and it has a nice atmosphere.
Good food. Friendly service.
Had dinner here prior to a show at Rupp Arena. Was seated immediately. When the server took our order, she didn’t write anything down (red flag). It took about 45 minutes to get food….another 15 minutes to get fruit cup that went with child’s meal. The fruit cup was underripe cantaloupe and ?pineapple core(inedible). The 3 chicken strips were served alone on a big white plate with no dipping sauce. One of us ordered shrimp and grits but actually got the Hot Brown. Another ordered salmon which was delivered alone on a big white plate, no sauce, nothing (very unpalatable). When the server was repeatedly asked for lemon wedges, finally got 3 tiny lemon slices.
While the food presentation was very unappealing, the actual service was HORRIBLE! Had to ask multiple times for lemon, fruit cup, straws, etc and after lengthy wait times each time. When the food was delivered to table the plates were basically thrown down. Actually spilled food off the side and turned over a dipping sauce. Serving staff needs to be retrained on customer service and interpersonal interactions.

Stay away from this place!!! Worst service ever. Here on a game night with minimal staff. Everyone around us (except one table) was served efficiently. We waited 20 minutes for our order to be taken and 50 minutes after that to get our very minimalistic food order. The other table that got there before us and didn’t have their food got their food even later than we did. Not to mention that when we did get our food, it was extremely mediocre. Terrible terrible terrible don’t go here.

One bartender to handle this giant place after a Kentucky basketball game. Just ridiculously bad.
