The worst location ever. I stood in the lobby for 15 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. When i finally asked if someone would take my order, some random person working the window got smart with me for no reason. They lucky i'm no longer the person i used to be because i would flipped the whole restaurant upside down.
waited over ten minutes for my food and even put bacon on it and I didn't want it tried to call but no answer, don't know if it due to short staff but was no pleased and girl in window was very rude. They don't thank you have a nice day or nothing!

Waited at the drive thru and no one would take our order. Website says they were open. After reading the reviews it’s probably a good thing we didn’t eat there.

Opens at 6am but not really. I don’t like going to this location anyway but against my better judgment I did. Of course they did not disappoint. I’m sure if they did answer the drive-thru they would’ve made me pull up anyway to save their drive-through times. I wish this place would shut down.

Got my order wrong at the drive thru, and then called me a liar. Offered to replace it eventually but I couldn't eat it after I'd had to argue with them if you know what I mean.

The food has potential because it is flame broiled and Burger King, however, the attitude from staff is unacceptable, they are rude, will ignore you, and just act like they can’t be bothered. The wait in the drive thru was 30 minutes, the car in front of me gave up and left, I don’t know if anyone ever came over the speaker for her, I had planned on leaving as well, and canceling my order, but I finally was acknowledged, there was no empathy about the wait, or the fact that they closed the lobby early, empathy and courtesy go a long way. The customer experience is the only thing that can set a company aside from all the competition, something this place is lacking. It is a missed coaching opportunity at the very least.

The food and service is fine, but when you buy a meal, how ridiculous is it that you have to pay for the condiments to go with it?

They always pull you up to the trash can to wait on your food. A few times now, they've given the people behind me their food and had them yelling and cussing at (and threatening to hit me with their cars!) because I'm blocking them from leaving but doing what the workers told me to do. Then I get my food and it's COLD. Terrible, terrible service.
