Why does this Burger King always take more than 20 mins to get an order done? I even order ahead and it doesn’t matter.

This time, I was told to pull over and wait, I waited 20 mins watching 8 other people pull through the line and get their food. I did not have a complex order by any means, and I made sure to order ahead to save myself some time.

The doors were locked so I couldn’t walk in to the lobby to wait. I pulled out of my parked spot and went back through the drive through to ask about my order. The front lady very rudely told me she went out there and didn’t see me, so she almost just gave my food away. As if it was my fault??? I parked RIGHT in front of the giant front window, RIGHT where they told me to sit. No one came out while I was parked there. Got my food and the fries were wilted and warmish. I love Burger King, but I hate this one and wish I could give it less than a 1 star for service.

Ordered a family bundle was told to pull up and it will be brought out to me except for about 10 minutes. Food was bought out, but the food was iced cold. It wasn’t even warm to touch. Service was fine. The person that did the drive-through. She was fine polite the gentleman bought our food out was fine and polite. My only issue was that I waited for 10 minutes and my food was still ice cold

I’m not one to normally do this but I’m done ordering from Burger King. I’ve had numerous orders that I’ve placed directly through their app and almost every order, every time I get wrong. The customer service to try and fix it is awful. They will only talk to you through email and try to give you a credit for less than the food that was messed up is worth. I even tried calling the store itself and the manager basically blew me off and said there was nothing they could do. After the meal I got delivered last night and everything I was missing from my order, I was fed up. It’s also very sad that I see all these one star reviews on here and Burger King doesn’t respond to any of them. They don’t even care

It's always amazing, the employees have attitudes but that's because they have to work around rude customers that clearly have a silver spoon up their mouths!
The food is great! The employees are always amazing even on their bad days!
They are people! Human beings too!
Not robots!!!
They are such fun to talk to even if you don't order anything and just walk in to have company!
They always clean!
They work hard and try their best!
The managers are amazing!

I regularly come to this burger king for lunch for my office. Usually the service and food are what you’d expect out of fast food. I ordered online and was greeted at the window by a young woman. She asked if I wanted a carrying tray for my drinks and I responded yes, to which she looked visibly annoyed that I had wanted one. Upon looking at the drinks I realized I hadn’t changed one of them to be a diet coke instead of the original sprite that is automatically selected. I asked her if she could replace the sprite for a diet coke. She responded with no the order said sprite we have to fill the order according to the receipt. I responded I understand that it was ordered as a sprite but if she could please switch it out. She looked at me and said YOU can come inside and pour it out and get your own drink. I wasn’t trying to be rude or argumentative, I told her it was ok (although clearly her being rude was not). She proceeded to pull me up into a parking space while no one was behind me mind you. She brings out my order and glares at me and reiterates see “you’re receipt says sprite!” Continuing to be rude and argumentative after I dropped it. I worked in fast food for years and I understand that things can be frustrating, But this is beyond how someone should be treated for a simple request.

Worst place to go get food from, have to wait 15 min for s whooper and the girl on the drive thru try to charge my twice, apparently she was high
..After those 15 min waiting for my order I don’t even get my order right.

I ordered online and i tried to go though the drivethou. Even though it says on their own app and google they open at 6AM this is a lie. I basically got ripped off since i paid for a service i did not get.(I paid online order to pickup)
