I visit the location 113 N Broadway in Lexington KY often. The atmosphere is always relaxing and the customer service is excellent. This is my favorite place to go for salads, they are always fresh and delicious and very large portions. The restaurant is very clean and in a great location in downtown Lexington.

I love Vinaigrette's Salad Kitchen. I usually eat there 3 times a week or more. They have delicious dressing and everything is so fresh. The employees are great and very friendly.

I got booted on a Saturday. Since when is that standard practice. Also the ticket says the boot fee is $90. It’s actually $115. And Roberts towing ain’t coming off the $25. Hope you guys have great weekend.

I would likely not have tried Maria's given the exterior. It looks pretty shabby, and as one of the reviewers has mentioned, the parking is tight. However, once you walk in, it's very comfortable. The place is clean, the booths are comfortable (there are also tables) and the waitstaff are accommodating. I love the chicken enchiladas in green sauce - the best i've ever had. They are not always consistently fabulous, but they are consistently good. The lunch buffet is a real deal and, though we have never tried it, the place is full of people who go to Maria's just for the buffet. The beer is cold, the margaritas are larger than expected, but there's no iced tea.

If you are staying downtown and are either a Vegan or a Plant Based eater - look no further than Vinaigrette. The choices are fantastic and the staff is really friendly. They clearly have a management team who cares about customer’s needs and every time I went in I felt like I was getting the “white glove” service of having my meal made with my food choices in mind. EXCELLENT CHOICE FOR VEGANS AND PLANT BASED EATERS!

I was issued a parking citation last week. My car was parked downtown by a coworker. He had put money in the meter but noticed the meter didn't seem to functioning properly. He shared this with me after I told him I got a ticket.

It is nice to be able to get a good salad for lunch but I thought it was a bit overpriced for being "the Subway" of salads where you pick what they put on it.
We were greeted at the door with a hello is that for here or to go... We sat at the bar and the hostess was our server/bartender. We ordered 2 beers and they were not at all cold. I did try another that was colder. The menu is very limited. We had fajitas and chicken enchiladas. They were good. It was worth the try.

Thought we try a new place for a salad. The server was very nice and attentive. She instructed us how to order. We had salad and cup of white chili. My salad was blueberry fruit salad and his was vegan salad. They were delicious and so very filling. The white chili good. Nice place for healthy eaters.

Friends have spoken highly of Maria's, so I finally had to try it out. I wasn't disappointed. The menu is simple. The chips and salsa were fine. Lunch specials are a great deal, Enchiladas were simple but great. Service was friendly and fast. Parking is the worst part. Be careful you don't block someone in, or get blocked in yourself.
