Me and my family love visiting Carson’s when I come to town. Took my mom there recently for her birthday and it was nothing short of fresh, delicious and fun! The servers are always so kind, and the food is ALWAYS on point! You have to try their ribs, they’re tender, crispy and just so sticky and yummy! The drink selection is perfection. Gave 3 stars because the resuraunt is beautiful, and the staff was very nice and friendly. The food was very mediocre taste wise. Felt sick all the next day after eating though. The only other complaint was that our server was not very good. Did not keep tabs on what was going on and we didnt see her for a long time. Had to flag down other staff a couple times for help. Definitely could have just been an off night though🤷🏻♂️. Would like to think they usually are great!
I took my son for an early dinner before going to see Billy Strings! The rib appetizer was delicious! The smoked Gouda macnchz worth every cheesy bite! If we lived in town Carson's would definitely be on my regular list, great ambiance and food!
