Charming Magnolia is the perfect place to stop and enjoy a delicious breakfast and super cute space within Greyline station. You won’t find a better place that is affordable AND filling with wonderful people! We will definitely be back.

The fresh squeezed OJ is wonderful. So are the breakfast bowls.

Charming Magnolia Eatery is a quaint restaurant with a great atmosphere. The husband and wife team are very kind, and the staff are very nice and friendly. The food is delicious, fabulous, and consistent, with amazing prices. Breakfast options are affordable and lots of options are available, including the avocado sunrise, Magnolia Morning Bowl, and 3 egg Veggie Omelette. The staff are sweet with children and made a baby biscuit for a 10 month old son to go with his omelet. The restaurant is well put together and comfortable, and a great place to get a little work done. It is a great option for quick and yummy take out and a true gem that hopefully stays in the neighborhood for years to come.
