Corey needs a raise!! She was handling the to go line and was super nice and apologetic about the wait. There was only 3 people working and she was super kind and understanding and made our bowls fresh and delicious!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Worst location ive ever been to. Waited 5 minutes to have my payment taken as my food is getting cold in front of me. The staff were too busy being rude to one another. It was 11am and all meat besides chicken was depleted. Qdoba is superior, gotta stop going here out of convenience.

Ordered a normal, usual burrito through the online website system. The burrito was placed in with a set list of ingredients but came through the window with no protein (carne asada). Ordered a $12 protein and didn't even get it. Terrible service.

Always out of everything and they aren't working in any rush to keep food stocked. This staff seems stressed with the situation they are given but this place needs new management.

Staff couldn't properly seal the bowl,so sauce leaked onto my leather seats, and then the bags bottom gave way and i lost both my bowls.

I don’t know what is happening at this location, but the customer experience - especially for mobile pickup - is abysmal.
I have given several chances assuming I may have had a one-off bad experience, and I give a lot of grace for fast-food because I know it’s challenging, but I’ve had the same experience consistently over my several recent visits.
Mobile orders are NEVER ready on time. Not occasionally or sometimes – never. BUT the staff will still mark it as “ready for pickup.” What’s even more irritating, the time I waited 25 minutes PAST my pickup time for my order, the staff had marked mine and other customers’ orders as “picked up” so I’m guessing we couldn’t file complaints about our experience in the app later. I even tried to cancel my order while I was waiting for it, only to be told by the app it showed the status as picked up so there was nothing they could do. The support bot is useless.
Furthermore, because mobile orders are never ready, you end up getting stuck in the Chipotlane for an unreasonable amount of time.
This experience is unique to this location and I hope something improves.

Worst place my family has had food from in Lexington. We ordered the family meal and got a quarter portion of everything that comes with the meal. When we brought the food back and they fixed it but was done poorly. The big containers was less than half filled and the chicken was burnt. Some of the side was missing. This Chipotle runs out a chicken and fajita mix often. The service is horrible.
