I’m usually a really chill person when it comes to Fast Food. If you make a mistake, I usually understand and move on with my day because I understand how it is working in Food Service, as I’ve worked in it for 4 years. But this is unacceptable. I placed an order for a kids quesadilla meal, and it took them 10 minutes to even acknowledge me, even though they looked at me a few times, then when they bought out my food, it came out with no drink, no guacamole (which is fine because it was late) and cold chips. I didn’t care about the chips because I didn’t have Guacamole, but when I went to open up my quesadilla, it wasn’t even grilled or heated up. It was ice cold (see image below). This is the second time i’ve been here and they have forgot to add items in my bowl (it was about 7pm) and given me cold items so I would definitely not recommend going here.

This location needs better management and better inventory skills. Each time I have visited, they are always out of items. This evening was horrible. Almost ALL containers were empty!! My bowl was pitiful and the amount of chicken that I received was ridiculous! I was VERY disappointed with this bowl, and I have gotten decent bowls (WITH MORE FOOD OPTIONS) at previous visits. Why is this location even open???! Running out of food items during the ‘peak’ of dinner time (between 6-7) is unacceptable! I won’t be back at this location until inventory and management is on top of their game! I’m not going to keep wasting my $10 on pitiful bowls! Unacceptable!

This location has been out of ingredients every single time I have been. It’s almost impressive that the management hasn’t figured out inventory management and a procurement schedule after having the location open for several years now. The store usually has several dirty tables as well. The staff are nice and friendly in my experience.

This Chipotle location has gotten our mobile order incorrect the last 3 consecutive visits and the quality of the food we are given is horrible. The chicken is tough, our meal is never hot even when we immediately arrive after placing the order, and everything tastes stale and old. Everything is just tossed in a piece of wrapped up foil and is a huge glob of a mess (these were supposed to be crunchy tacos). Doubt we will ever be back at this point.
Always will try to upsell you without you noticing, whether that’s charging you for chips and guac when you only get a side of guac or a large soda when they give you a small. Food isn’t worth it to come to this location.

I try not to leave bad reviews, but this is ridiculous. This location is very hit or miss and I've had to have my order re-made twice within the last month. Why are fajita vegetables so hard to get? In one instance I had the complete meal re-made to have them put on there, and in this instance I had the meal re-made again and they put NONE on there. I mean, really?? I've never had this issue at any other location. It's so bad that I wish I could leave zero stars. I won't be back. And I won't recommend it.

Usually, this is a favorite of mine, but not this time. The food was meh! This was my first time having tacos & they were just o...k... the meat needed seasonings & the young lady preparing it was giving such a minimal amount. The queso was thick & bland. We were trying to order enough for 6 people yet there wasn't enough of the honey chicken for the other 4 orders. We had to go elsewhere for their food.

I am quite disappointed; while the food looked appealing, it was excessively salty. This experience was not comparable to my previous visit, and unfortunately, I had to discard it. Unless someone improves the food preparation, I will not be visiting this location again.

The staff have absolutely no sense of urgency. Currently waiting for an online order, haven’t been greeted by a worker, and they all look like they want to die. Problem is, there are people cleaning or doing other tasks that don’t need to be prioritized. Instead, focus on the people that are obviously frustrated waiting.
