You’re ether off choosing another restaurant. I live down the street from this restaurant and honestly avoid it. They are constantly out of food at all times the day. If you place a mobile order, good luck you’ll end up with chicken and rice with no toppings. Instead of a refund you’ll get a drink. It’s an absolute joke.

Love Chipotle, but this one is janky for sure. Never have everything in stock and don't go when it's within the hour or two of closing, you be lucky to get half of what you want. I feel like this place owes me so many bowls lol. But ita the closest to me so I guess the jokes on me.

When i got there was a line it was lunch time. After waiting about 15 min I find out there is only chicken available. I was very disappointed because I love Chipotle but don't get to visit often. I was very disappointed.

I WALKED IN TONIGHT AT THE LEESTOWN RD LOCATION IN LEX KY, AND ONE OF THE MANAGERS/EMPLOYEES (A SHORT LADY WITH GLASSES, THAT LOOKED PREGNANT WAS THE EMPLOYEE) WAS ARGUING WITH A CUSTOMER!!!!!! VERY UNPROFRESSIONAL!!!!!!!!! THEN AFTER THE CUSTOMER LEFT, SHE PROCEEDED TO SPEAK BADLY ABOUT THE CUSTOMER WHICH WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE... ON TOP OF THAT, MOSTLY ALL OF THE FOOD CONTAINERS WERE EMPTY!!!! ONLY OPTION AVAILABLE WAS CHICKEN, AND IT WAS ONLY A LITTLE LEFT NOT EVEN ENOUGH FOR A SERVING!!!!! NO WHITE RICE!!! IT WAS RIDICULOUS!!!! I ORDERED A BOWL AND HAD TO TAKE WHAT LITTLE CHICKEN AND RICE THAT WAS LEFT!!!! I ADDED ON CHIPS AND GOT TO WORK AND THEY WERE NOT IN MY BAG!!!! Literally took them 30+ minutes to make my mobile order. Just stood there for 20 minutes waiting for them to even start making it while the order was on the screen and they ignored it for some reason.
The smoked brisket is really good. I'm usually a chicken gal but I'm so glad I went out of my comfort zone. I like the bowls better than the burrito.

My daughter ordered for a pick order on DoorDash for this location because she had a coupon. A PICKUP order. She went through the drive through to get it, these dummies told her they gave it to somebody else on accident and she would need to contact DoorDash for o have something done about it. How freakin stupid does that sound. The employees of chipotle gave the order to somebody else, but they are putting the cost back on DoorDash. Sounds like a great scam if you ask me. Wonder how much they are getting from orders they “give to the wrong people” and probably don’t even end up making at all just to pocket the money. Definitely doesn’t make sense and when you say it out loud you can hear how ignorant it sounds.

At this moment in time I am fully fed up with Chipotle. This particular location is not good with details. Most of the time I am in a rush so I use chipotlane a lot. If you have any special details like extra anything be prepared to be disappointed because they very rarely ever get my order right. For the past 3 orders they never put sour cream even though my order says sour cream. And if you ask for double meat just forget about it. That spoon isn't even a full spoon, they're purposely skimpy. Maybe the experience would be better if I went inside but at this point I highly doubt it.
