I had to wait for my online order for it to be wrong, not edible and unreasonable portions. I ordering a kids meal would have been better. Empty sauce cup, corn in one of the bowls for someone who is allergic, the wrong salsa on another, both of them with half of a portion and a burrito that looked like a taco.
Christopher Raven Showed The Absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!! I called to inform them of my incorrect order! When I asked if there was a supervisor available he said yes but then quickly switched it to no they’re busy. I stated it’s fine I will wait. He then hung up the phone. I called back 8times and he did not answer but soon as I called from my boyfriend phone they picked up with no problem !!! It’s not even about my food it’s about the poor customer service...read full review
Awful customer service. RUDE and clueless. Not going back. Also charged me $4.50 for one scoop of guac.
