Food used to be really good but the past 2 times I have visited, The food was not very flavorful, except for the sweet potatoes. Dry, unseasoned, not enough dressing, the kale extremely tough. Portions are smaller for the amount paid. I really like the healthy options but I know they can do better because I have seen it. The staff is friendly and quick. But the drink, silverware,napkin station could use a good cleaning. I will give it one more try because there isn't too many healthy options in Lexington but I really hope they get back to the high quality they had before.

The service is usually always good and this time was no exception. The food is delicious and of excellent quality. I have noticed several times that there was dirt in different places (the bathroom, tables, floor, water containers). This time we arrived 30 minutes before they opened and waited outside. No one ever came out to clean the outside or the floor, much less the tables. We were the first customers and the place looked like it had not been cleaned for several days, especially the bathroom.

Interesting meals that taste good but every time i eat here i get food poisoning pretty bad. I would recommend going somewhere else, seems management may not take food safety too seriously.
We were a little overwhelmed when we walked in, with it being our first visit. The staff explained the process of making the bowls and options. Everything looked and smelled so good. The food felt a tad overpriced but for clean food, I would definitely pay for it again. It was so delicious! My only “complaint” would be the amount of salad dressing they put in it but that’s probably a me issue. I am heavy handed with sauces lol

If you like places like Chipotle or Cava, then this is the place for you. The options are varied in cuisine, and its so easy to adjust even some of their pre-set combos. They employees are super helpful too. One of the male employees even helped my somewhat sauce/dressing adverse son to choose to try the Korean BBQ sauce, and then both of my sons ended up trying it and loving it. It is definitely my favorite of the sauces I tried.
The tuna poke was also super fresh, and if the bowl calls for a fried egg, they make it fresh right in front of you.
I'm definitely going to keep my eye out for this chain, as it's now my favorite of the build-a-bowl franchises.
