The best dominos around!
A hour and 10 minutes is sad for a Monday. I placed the order at 2:52pm and didn't get it till 4:10pm. This is a problem for sure. I called the store for a update because the app said 12-22 minutes and then randomly said 32-44 minutes and I was told only one driver. Dominos wants to get rid of their company cars but only wants to have one driver on staff that doesn't make sense at all. Or is it staff running the store. Food was cold and was told by angel that the driver was dropping my order off and come to find out they were dropping off another order first. Wonder how long my order sit under the heat lamp.

Run a smoke shop just up the road and ordered delivery around 10:45pm. Took about a hour to get to me with about 45 minutes of that time it sat in the store not including the cook time. Food quality was fine albeit I can tell you likely don’t have a hotbox or it is malfunctioning since pizza was lukewarm upon delivery. Labor is always an issue in pizza but there are ways to work around this so that even if delivery takes awhile customers still get hot pizza. You can keep track and guesstimate when your driver is likely to return and put the orders in the oven so they’ll be ready just before he gets back from his last delivery. That’ll definitely cut down on the complaints. Customers are much more understanding and forgiving of a long wait if their pizza is piping hot out of the oven, so trust me your medalia score will definitely improve over time. You bump orders and just not put them in and use the receipts to keep track of said orders so you can keep your make times looking good.
Your driver (older black gentleman, was your closer on 12/28/24. Great customer service and very professional, give him a raise.) mentioned delivery is always painfully slow around this time due to understaffing. No reason to only have one driver closing when you’re this busy with deliveries. Either your area manager is a complete moron and doesn’t give you enough labor (most likely scenario honestly, they never do and it’s universal) or you’ve just gotta schedule more drivers to stay late and send them home early if business is slower than expected. Schedule less cooks and cross training drivers on cut helps a lot. Should be able to run things with just a manager and 2-3 drivers after 9 or 10pm on your delivery-heavy nights. It totally sucks but you just gotta work around your labor limits and come up with a strategy that prioritizes speedy deliveries, or at least make sure when the pizza IS delivered it’s fresh out of the oven. Just gotta be creative with it and keep your secrets from the retards in upper management who think they know the business. They don’t, they just expect you to achieve results and good reviews no matter what restrictions they put on you to squeeze out an extra dime or two. Hope this review either helps or gave you a chuckle.

Every time I order from them it takes almost two hours to get the food and the excuse is always we don’t have enough drivers. Then stop taking delivery orders if you have too many and no one to take them out. Simple. Don’t waste my time when I could have food already if I’d ordered from somewhere else.
Got the wrong pizza ordered a NY style and got a regular hand tossed customer service is unreachable store doesn't answer their own phone its outsourced to a call center Noone answered had to drive to the location to get the right pizza still payed for delivery and a tip not the drivers fault would like a full refund for the inconvenience completely unacceptable for a business to be unreachable to solve an issue, otherwise the other pizza that was correct was fine just a hassle for the wrong pizza that was delivered, just have a direct number to the store I ordered from like how it use to be not a call center or third party smh!
Ordered online for pickup. Went to pick up and brought it home. Parts were missing and dip was already greasy and burnt to the sides. Drove back to get missing parts and new dip. Tried calling from the car, it rang the whole about 8 minute drive to the store. They refused to remake the dip. Refused to refund us. Gave us someone else bread twists, and told us to microwave the dip (the dip that is served in the foil bowl, so not a good idea). They didn't give a s***. This Domino's used to be great before Covid. It is AWFUL. DO NOT EAT HERE.
