I have ordered here for carryout service only. The last 3 times, I have not received the condiments nor napkin or silverware requested. Not sure if they just missed the note or don't care. My tip has steadily gone down to 10% at this point and I believe I just won't bother anymore. If you are ordering here, go inside! I'm sure you can get better service than this. I planned to show up 5 minutes after my quoted 20 minute estimate due to always having to wait after I arrive yet I still waited another 5 minutes for them to deliver.As for he food, it standard bar fare. Not lots of flavor. Way overpriced for what you are getting. Their rewards club helps offset the costs somewhat.

This restaurant was within walking distance of our hotel so we called ahead of time to see if there was a waitlist and they went ahead and put us down so it was less than a 2 min wait when we got there! the staff was incredible and the food was absolutely fantastic!

We spent the day at the Keeneland races. Sat at the bar. My brother and Me ordered two beers and waited well over an hour for our food. The BB ae tenders apologized several times without an explanation. We payed $16 dollars for the drinks and left. The manager was completely incompetent. Kendra and went to Applebee's next door, great service, food was great, don't bother at Drake's, it sucks!

We are so lucky to have come across this location! Our family came to Kentucky from all over the country for an event and last minute were able to hang out. The staff were sooo accommodating and kind the entire time even with our large group. The food and drinks were great, as was service. Thank you so much for welcoming us!

This place is absolutely amazing first night was take out and great second night we went in to eat and it was absolutely amazing food and atmosphere....
When the food is good, it's very good. The takeout is very well packaged. The problem is with consistency. The burgers are sometimes smashed and fried so hard that they are inedible. There have been two occasions where we have literally had to throw patties in the trash. The other problem is the liberal amount of seasoning salt that is put on the burgers and fries. About a month ago my burger was so heavily salted that when I picked the bun up you could see the seasoning salt covering the surface of the burger. I scraped it off with a knife but it was still too salty to enjoy. The tater tots and fries are almost always too salty. I usually request "no salt" and this seems to help. The sushi is always very good and the apple blue cheese salad is excellent.

The food here is pretty mediocre, always cooked poorly with small portions. Not worth a cent. the service is alright but the atmosphere is similar to a Ruby tuesdays and just feels generic. There Are better places to go.
