Let me just say this! Anit no Drake's location in lexington touching Tates Creek Drake's! This establishment is absolutely amazing they welcome all who comes through there doors. Not only do the have an amazing atmosphere but they have by far the best customer service I have ever seen in quit awhile. They don't look over not 1 customer even the customers waiting in the 30min parking our greeted and provided water while waiting on orders. Hands down my favorite place...
We’re from out of town, and have stopped at Drake’s on multiple occasions because we like it so well. We always put it on the list of options as we’re passing through. The food and service are very good. We recommend!
Called, ordered burgers that were promoted for burger week. Requested no mayo, couple of times while making the order. They said it will take 25 minutes, decided to wait at the bar. Bar tender was nice, checked on our order. When order was done it had mayo, they had to remake, took longer to redo, bzy place. The young man that brought our order was sincere, and said will fix it. Before our order was brought to us the second time. Decided to to talk to a manger because we waited...
