The eggs Benedict was certainly not classic. The ham and biscuit was tasty. What ruined the experience for me was the egg white not being fully cooked. Runny yolk is wanted but a raw white is off-putting.

This is NOT gravy, it is raw egg whites.

I had been wanting to visit DV8 for quite some time now, not only for my love of trying out new places, but because of the background of this place. Lots of choices for gluten free. Loved their North Carolina BBQ sandwich (left ocra off). It was,a large serving of meat. Gluten free pumpkin muffin was full of pumpkin flavor and very moist.
