This is a food truck parked in the parking lot of a Marathon Gas station, so the atmosphere is not really going to be particularly wonderful. They do provide a couple of picnic tables on the side of the truck. The service was good, BUT the prices are not posted on the side of the truck, which is a bit shady. I tried the steak tacos and the elote. I have been trying to find good elote in Lexington for some time now. Forgive me if I’m spelling that terribly wrong. But, the corn dish involving cheese, chili powder, mayonnaise, cilantro, and lime. And it was fantastic. Tasted like it was made authentically.
