As a Diamond club member, we have stayednumerous nights at this chain.This particular one will now become our annual 1/2 stop while travelling.The grounds are breathtaking with a great area to let you run with your pet.We were with our 2 pups and were given a great ground floor room with quick outside access.The tropical plants surrounding the atrium are my favourite part.The staff are very friendly and the bed was a dream.Rooms: Quiet and very clean

I am going to leave a review about the greatness and the nightmare that happened to me. This hotel is BEAUTIFUL! The pool was awesome, the food was amazing, the drinks and snacks were an added bonus. The staff was very accommodating. We were 2 families traveling with my service dog so we had 2 separate rooms. They were all very welcoming to my service dog then the unthinkable happened.
