Enjoyed our evening at Fiddletree last night. Sat at the bar and Matt was terrific. Such a great guy! Enjoyed cocktails, charcuterie tray, and filet. The charcuterie was huge. Filet was cooked perfect and so flavorful. Overall it was a great evening.

The restaurant is at the entrance of a hotel. The building is cute and the restaurant pretty. Service was great. They had entertainment beginning at 6:30. The man sang while playing guitar. We enjoyed listening to him. Unfortunately the food was not good. My filet tasted like water with no seasoning. My husband ordered the chicken and said the hot sauce was all you could taste and was overwhelming. My broccolini tasted old. The cornbread appetizer tasted like boxed jiffy bread. We really wanted to like the food in this place

The food was a little disappointing. My salad was supposed to have pears but they were missing, the cornbread was overmixed and falling apart, the salmon was so small therefore it was very dried out. However the deviled eggs were amazing. We had a table with 20 people next to us that were so loud we had to yell at each other to be heard.

This place was great! They didn’t have a vegetarian option on the menu for my friend, but the chef sent out Chana masala and it was the best I’ve ever tried!

Took awhile to be acknowledged in the dining room. Our eventual server was super nice and attentive. Food was ho hum and not as described. Steaks were very ordinary, not cooked as ordered. No pimento in the cornbread, extra fee for queso chips.

This was absolutely one of the best meals I’ve eaten in a very long time. The service was great as well. We will be back.

This is a great restaurant tucked inside a boutique hotel. We went for brunch the food delicious. The wait was a little long but everything was fresh and delicious. My wife had her usual, eggs Benedictine with salmon. I shared a burger with my daughter and it was also delicious. We asked for french fries and they were crispy but not dried. Ask for David, awesome server. We have been here several times and they never disappoint. Their chicken salad is very delicious too, pretzel with beer cheese. Wonderful cocktails and mocktails.

This was our first time dining at the Elwood hotel and it was a pleasant surprise. The food was delicious and the quaint dining area on the pink couches was so inviting for a lovely brunch date. My husband raved about the burger, “smashed and crispy at the edges,” just the way he likes it. We will definitely make this a regular place to meet and eat with our Lexington friends!

We went on a Sunday for brunch. The chicken and waffles is really good. The breakfast burrito is pretty good (with a nice helping of fruit). The pancakes are pretty basic. The drinks are ridiculously overpriced. $15 cocktails using house liquor. A $6 up-charge for Tito’s (TITO’S!) is just ludicrous.

From the moment we walked in. We were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming ambiance. The food was delicious (those deviled eggs!) and the staff knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and added to the experience. If we lived in town, we would be regulars.

had an incredible time here. the filet skillet was wonderful and both the cheesecake and brownie sunday were delightful. the food came out quickly and our server was very kind. i had very lovely company as well. the only complaint was how overpowering the live music was but he had a very cute child with him so it’s hard to be mad at that. loved the experience.

The wait staff was great along with the environment. Very quite, clean, and comfortable. Very cool style and art. The food was mediocre. Out of the four dishes ordered, two dished were good and two were disappointing. I would give it another try because I enjoyed the environment so much and hopefully the food issue was just an off day. Thanks to the hospitality folks.
